UGC recognised State University in 2016. My college provides world class infrastructure, modern labs, emphasis on research, crude of openness like features attracted me to get admission in this university. Before selecting this college I preferred Collegedunia.com site to get more information about this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Students of my college are required to enroll with NAD which is helpful for multiple degrees. Hands on training on J2ME, Advanced 3D, 3D modelling, Animation and Digital Sculpture are some best instruments provided my college. Term exams are being held timely though of current COVID crisis.

Internship is being conduct in my university as well through Enterpreneurship Development Cell in collaboration of Department of MSME. Also we are provided with practical experience through various projects.

As I have not completed my course so I don't have practical experience. But this year nearly 85% students got placement. Also my seniors assure about high probability of being hired by entities like Byju's, TCS, Google, Facebook and many more in various career fields like Animator, Video Editor, Public Relation Manager etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Course fees is of 35000 which includes, lab, library expenditures as well. Students can opt for various scholarships. Some scholarships provided by my college are Kanyashree Prakalpa, Scholarships for Minorities and also National and State scholarships can be availed.

Campus Life

Language laboratory, Wifi facility, Library, Gymnasium, sports facility, Annual college fest comprise of Dance, Stand up comedy, Elocution also enhance the life in the campus of my college. Photo studio with 4 state of art mac machines is also available in my institute.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is just amazing in my college with WiFi connectivity, basic furnitures like chair and table to study, single bed, locked almirah with 24x7 security and ragging free campus. Two eating joints under FSSAI licensed Pet Pujo are available.

Hostel Fee: INR 55000 per year

Admission

Admission in my college for this particular branch is direct process, no exam or interview to be faced. Application format is online, who goes first gets admission due to limited seats or one can approach through councellor as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else

I always want to build my career in commerce and my aim is to be a chartered accountant. So I took this course because the syllabus of CA and B.com is the same. our college faculties are so helpful. They always come forward to resolve our academic and nonacademic doubts. Their teaching methods are also good. we don't need to purchase any book, their notes are enough for our syllabus.

Brainware, The Affordable College.

I chose this college cause it is a value for money college. The other colleges that i applied for are - Adamas University, Swami Vivekananda University. Comparing this college(Brainware University) with Adamas University - The course fee is very high in Adamas University than Brainware University. Total Fee for Btech CSE in Adamas University is 8,00,000 while 419600 in Brainware university, meaning half the price. The fee structure in Swami vivekananda University is 3,60,000 but it hasnt much placement opportunities so brainware univeristy is like all for one with low fees . No, i didnt get rejected from other colleges i just chose this because it takes less money than Adamas which is very high and a little more than swami vivekannda with less placements opportunities....Read More

The admission process is very simple in our university. Yes we have to give a merit test before the admission. Eligibility of the course is 12th passed and minimum 60% number in physics, chemistry and biology. There are various scholarships available for students who score above 60%. Brainware University is one of the best university in North 24 parganas. The placement record is very good upto 90%. This fascinated me so I log on to the university website, I filled in the necessary details after choosing BBA. Once the details were filled in, I had to submit 12th marksheet scoring 70%.
