Remarks

A good name to have on your resume, what you actually do with the education received is really up to you, learning is not so great or fun, if you love sports, this is the right place for you.

Entrance Preview

I got through the college because of Hockey (Sports Quota) opted for it because it's ranked pretty well in D.U not the top 10 or so to speak, the Ivy League, but a good college with very good faculty.

Placement Experience

Well, each to his own college does not help so much in job search, there are no networking events, nothing at all.

Fee Structure And Facilities

College education is cheap it was not expensive back in 2002.

Alumni/Alumna

No alumni group so disorganized, everything, no online presence of alumnus either.

Exam Structure

Pretty chilled out during my time, most of the time our class went on Mass bunk by noon every day.

Faculty

Good faculty with immensely great qualifications but they could do so much better with a reform in the way they deliver education and guide one's career.

Bcom that they offered was good enough to prepare one for the real world applications as various examples and field activities were also conducted by the college at that time . Teacher student ratio should be taken care of along with lethargic teaching methods like lecture method . Exams were held every 6 months and the difficulty level was easy.

Girls college was definitely the priority and only two colleges for which I wanted to go. First was LSR and then JMC. The cut-off for LSR was 763 and for KMC it was 745.
