Overall what i think that Manipal college was very good for me and in my opinion everyone should go their and make a good career.

I have give entrance exam for Manipal university, so as to do my master of technology course there, it was a private exam conducted by the university.

My study is related to control system field. We deal with machines and controlling of that. We study about how to control the plant or machines at different operating points. We also deal with electro-chemical elements that how they are made, how they are fabricated how they go under different process before get ready for other manufacturing process.

Many of the good companies came like intel, st. microelectronics, ibm, robert bosch, ge, and they are offering really good packages for the students.

Placement is what manipal has been known for students from different comes from different parts of the world comes here because college is providing good placements to all the students international students also come here for studying and making good career for b.tech students almost over 100+ companies comes for placements and more thane 400+ students got placed .

Almost all the events are celebrated some of them are: Diwali, holi, dussherra, techtatva, annual day many technical events also goes in the campus throughout the year it has been conducted by different branches and all celebrate this all events many cultural activities also goes in the college an students can show case their talent in that part of field.

It is feasible for b.tech i think it is somewhat higher as they have to almost about 3 lac per year other than that for master of technology students it is around 1.45 lac per year so overall fees structure is good somewhat expensive for b.tech, but the type of placement they are getting and exposure compensates all this.

Manipal is also known for providing good scholarship to the student who cannot afford their studies in that premier institute many scholarship comes for the students from outside countries also, so they can continue their study without any difficulty.

Campus life is all about masti with friends enjoying one of the best part of life, making new friends roaming all night in the roads, not allow to sleep to others also. At the same time making career also so overall at the end of the day it is campus life which gives us all the exposure which a student requires and it develops the personality of the student.

Hostel facilities in India is well known.it is mixed reaction what i think for me personally i think food is good as they are giving four times in a day. And about the quality i want to say that the breakfast and hi-tea was very good, lunch and dinner is good for some of the days not all the day, as they keep the same menu but in the special day there menu is quite interesting and attractive.

Senior students are like the second helpful for the newly joined students, they help the student a lot in they studies by giving notes explaining new concepts making us aware of the college rules and regulations.

In the beginning of the every new year you to pay the fees suppose if you are doing b.tech then you have to pay your fees at the beginning of your session i.e. at the month of June July in the same it is different for different courses the details can be get from the college site.

Most of our faculties are experienced and have completed their phd's in different fields of their study many are doing their phd so overall nice environment got helping faculties in the campus. Many are from iits which came to manipal and giving students their valuable guidance and experience they have lot of practical knowledge which helps students in terms of their knowledge.
