Remarks

College is very good the quality of knowledge given by the college teachers is not less than the B.Tech in fact i think it is more difficult and advance than B.Tech its just in outside industry the value of this course is considered less than B.Tech.

Entrance Preview

There was no entrance exam to get admission.Admission is done on the basis of percentage scored in 12th CBSE. At my time my aggregate percentage was 93%.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course structure is very good it covers almost every language of computer science including C, C++, Java, .Net, data structure, algorithm design, oracle and mysql database, operating system, software engineering life cycle, electronics. This course contains Mathematics also which covers algebra, statistics, probability this course also consist of some management subjects which are quite easy.

Internships Opportunities

No the college doesn't provide internship many companies come in the college for placement which generally provide stipend of Rs.5000.

Placement Experience

4

Placement is good in the college moreover students opt for higher education ie masters in computer science after doing graduation from here. One thing is most important is that the admission in masters is done on the basis of written exam and cut off basis. So if a student has got 78% or above in the graduation they can get admission directly in masters in Delhi university on percentage basis. So do work hard in graduation to get admission in masters on the basisof cutoff you need not to give any entrance exam then.

College Events

4

Since it is a Delhi university college so many events goes on the entire year starting from fresher party, college fest, technical quiz, Diwali mela, sports match, fashion show, dance competition, events related to art, exhibition, farewell party. Students from different colleges come and participate many sponsors are there for these events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure is feasible as compared to B tech engineering at my time the annual fees was Rs .30,000 which includes your lab charges and examination fees as well there is no other charges that are taken by the college in comparison to other Delhi university colleges its fees is little high.

Fees and Financial Aid

They give certificates when you attend any training that goes in the college premises college also gives compensation in fees if you score marks that is set in the criteria.

Campus Life

4

There are more girls in the college than boys which is a good thing discussion on various technical topics are done once in every month. Labs are pretty good and teachers keep a check that students complete their lab assignments properly and get it checked marks are given for practicals extracurricular activities include participating in college fest, technical quiz, Diwali mela, sports match, fashion show, dance competition, events related to art, exhibition, farewell party.

Hostel Facilities

4

There was no hostel facility at my time. They were planning to construct hostel for girls and boys separately as the area of college is big so may be they have started hostel facility as of now.Rest i am not aware of the current status of hostel/mess facility. There are PG's available in the nearby area.My friends use to stay there who are from outside Delhi.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors do recommend you for training and placements seniors are contacted by the college and students for training purpose. Summer training programs are conducted by seniors they give you training on languages live java or PHP or android mobile app development.

Exam Structure

The level of exams are difficult you can't take it lightly you need to work hard and attend classes regularly to get cleared in exams college timings are generally 8:30 to 4:30. Its a 3 year course which is divided into 6 semesters so each semester has one internal exam and one main university exam which you need to clear to get into the next semester passing criteria is minimum 50% aggregate.

Admission

I got the admission on the basis of cut off list that was displayed online by the college i took admission in the first cut off list. My aggregate percentage of 12th was 93%. This college consider best 4 subjects marks or PCM (physics, chemistry, mathematics) marks for the cut off.

Faculty

5

The teachers are very good having the sole motive to give best education all the teachers are highly qualified (Phd/Net qualified). The practicals are conducted very good each language is practiced on the computer itself they also give you idea about the industry standards, their criteria of selecting candidates and the level of aptitude exam they conduct.

I will rate the course curriculum 8/10. I like the labs specially they are modern with well equiped systems. According to me I suggest to improve the course structure to include more practical based learning instead of theory. Overall course is good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Life science includes zoology botany and chemistry considering this combo I think the study material is quite okay in terms of topics chemistry connects school teaching with one step ahead learning . Zoology provides new insights on various topics . Botany covers deeper understanding of syllabus . So overall it's good . Hands on lab work meets the demand of the subject . Also the topics taught match with the type of questions asked in exam. Difficulty level i would say it's moderate for botany and zoology but for chemistry is quite tough. Time management is a much needed skill for examination purpose. For course curriculum i would say more focus on current situation should be laid rather than history .

I think that the course curriculum is good and well managed . The curriculum has all necessary subjects related to our course as well as all other necessary subjects like human values and basic ethics. I find our course curriculum is apt for our course . Thought their is a lag for more practical learning and skills. It will be better if they add more practical learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of Electronics Hons and Electrical Engineering is same but makes it different is how we perceive it. We study the syllabus with theoretical aspects while the engineers with practical aspects. We have a chance to opt for the 4th year, which only comprises of Research. One of the optionals is Generic Elective and if you take GE from same department for all semesters, you will attain a minor degree. The Faculties and whole curriculum is great but the other optionals require improvement. The other optionals only make the Student Life hectic, that stumbles the Student's focus from Course track.
