Remarks
No bad remarks however as there is always scope for improvement, I feel the College could do still better. The faculty was good, Course curriculum was appropriate but they can add more exposure opportunities for the students.
Entrance Preview
I got admission on the basis of my 12th Standard Score. I applied by filling the Admission Form and appeared for a face-to-face interview and got through.
Course Curriculum Overview
I did B.Com (Honors) and it was an elaborate course with each subject covered in detail. We had to go into the depth of each topic to understand it and get through knowledge on the same.
Internships Opportunities
I received Rs. 11,000 as my Stipend and did my internship at a Corporate House. It was a good start as per those times (Year 2003). I got a good break and the credit goes to my college.
Placement Experience
It was good & many big Corporates did visit our college campus which gave good career opportunities to the student. The College did enjoy a good reputation and helped students fetch decent jobs.
College Events
There were a number of events including College Day Celebration each year which used to be a star-studded affair & great fun. These functions used to bind all the students and bring them together for joint celebration.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible as it is Government College. The annual fee was absolutely affordable and easy for students and their parents to bear. I don't think anybody would ever had faced any challenge with that.
Fees and Financial Aid
No. I didn't apply for it. I even do not have thorough knowledge on that so I cannot comment. But it may be available for needy students.
Campus Life
It was an amazing learning experience with each infrastructural facility available at subsidized prices. I had a gala time & good knowledge. Thanks to my College & the faculty.
Hostel Facilities
I did not try that so can not comment. But as I have heard, others have had good experience. Nobody ever complained about it atleast in front of me.
Alumni/Alumna
They were good & supportive. They even helped us with their notes and also supported us with topics which we have had problem in understanding with. We are thank ful to them for their efforts & en-devours.
Exam Structure
It was not chilled out at all & we used to keep having exams & tests constantly. The studies were hard & faculty was determined to ensure that students work hard to score well in the final exams.
Faculty
Faculty was truly good and they imparted us practical knowledge along with bookish learning. I had a good studies experience over all. They were all masters in their subjects & took sufficient pain to impart good learning to us.
