Entrance Preview

I just went to the centre and got enrolled to the course according to cut off list. I wanted to take admission to bachelor of commerce.it was easy to enroll as they had quick admission procedure.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

Course structure is really good and as it is an regular university and I was part of regular college it gets easy for us to learn things our ownself. They provide classes on weekdays which I believe is not so sufficient for many people.

Internships Opportunities

Yes my college provide internship to good MNC s and companies who provide package around 150,000 to 180,000. I had great experience of interview provided by DU.

Placement Experience

5

I have been placed by my graduation college which was Ramanujan college, Delhi university. I am now working with Genpact and now have 1.5 year of experience. I have grown my self in accounts as I am part of accounts payable team here working as in reconciliation team.

College Events

5

We use to have lots of events celebrated in our college. Fest (annual day)-every year in feb, Ramcomm society- for commerce students used to had one event every year name BLizz Blaze. Jazba(theatre society)- nukad natak society of our won a lot of prizes in different college and fests. Thee were lots more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

DU is so much feasible it nearly took only 75 k for all three year expense and to complete my graduation. I remember my first year admission fees was around 15 k excluding books. 2nd year was 16 k and the 3rd year was 20 k. Total books costs 15 k as we had 6 semester and had 6 subject every semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes my college provided many educational facilities. One of which I perform was introduction to securities market that was to become a certified part of stock exchange market that too free of cost our college paid 10 k to the BSE organisation who provided this course. The course was to bring us the knowledge of stock exchange in brief with our subject of business studies.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are very helpful they used to guide us with good books name and author. Alumni network is great they have created mail formats according to batch and classes. We also have different website for alumni also we have face book page.

Exam Structure

Exam structure was very much chilled out as our teachers were so supportive and strict regarding examination that they use to provide revision classes as well and the examination procedures like forms submission, admit card etc. All was fun we use to stand in lines and leg-pull at time with people.

Admission

I enrolled my name in the month of June after senior secondary(12th) results were out. Ramanujan college, DU had Criteria with more than 75-77% can only get themselves enrolled to B.Com course. It took 1 months by DU people to provide books for 1st year and Identity card for DU .

Faculty

5

The faculty is so good as they provide detailed description when we ask them they do take initiative to encourage us and create more interactive activities as they have most of society and we were free to create new societies as well. At time of examinations they use to provide us brief description about the lesson we didn't understood.

Placement Experience:

Final year students are eligible for the placement drive. A lot of companies including high level and medium range companies visit the campus for recruitment. Some of the big names visiting the campus are BCG, Deloitte, PWC, KPMG, EY, etc. Highest placement offered was 21,00,000 and average placement offered is 4,00,000. Most of the who sit in the placement drive gets placed. I plan on to doing my masters from Europe after my undergraduation.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are average, companies which come to visit are Deloitte, etc. but the highest package offered till now is 3 - 5 lakhs till now. 60 - 70% get placed by the college, otherwise you could always look out for better opportunities yourself and you can also learn new skills, like ai, digital marketing to enhance your cv which could help you get a better job

The college was great in terms of social life. But the infrastructure and quality of teaching need a scope of improvement. It was a hell of an amazing experience. Made many friends for a lifetime.
