A new life.

The college was great in terms of social life. But the infrastructure and quality of teaching need a scope of improvement. It was a hell of an amazing experience. Made many friends for a lifetime.

No entrance as such.The admission was solely merit based. I had cleared the cutoff of this specific college and thus got admission without any interviews. I being a commerce student had only B.Com in my mind as the first preference.

The course was good enough.There was no practical learning as such in Commerce as it it is more of a theoretical subject.The college DID NOT take up any research initiatives during my academic term.

Internship yet again is solely student's initaitive.The college doesn't give much assistance. Students usually take internships outside the college by themselves in various companies or in other colleges which provide open internships.The societies and the college staff are not up to the mark in the case of interships

The placement is below average here. It is all based on students calibre and moreover,the companies that visit here are not that well known or great. The students are left on their own as far as placements are concerned.

We just had one fest at the time when The entire Delhi University had the fest season.It was a good experience.Otherwise mostly the events and seminars are of small scale although they are still well organized.

The fee was nominal and was quite affordable for most students. It was approximately 12,000 Rs per semester. The exam fees however, had to be paid separately.

There was a scholarship provided for those students who couldn't afford to pay the fees under the education act.All the students had to do was to just submit all the necessary documents signifying their financial status.There is no loan facility. I did not avail any kind of scholarship.

There are fests, cultural programmes now and then where we actively participated and got to learn skills such as management,discipline etc. I enjoyed being a part of them.

There is no hostel facility .I used to reside in a PG nearby which costed me around 11000rs .The quality of food was not good enough.It was a twin sharing PG.

The alumni network is not that famous and we did not get any opportunity to interact with them.

The internals were held twice in every semester whenever all the students were present to attend them The externals were not that pressurizing and we could easily manage the course along with other activities.

The faculty were masters and phd holders.There were experienced and well notified teachers and were pretty interactive with the class but the overall standard of teaching was average.
