Remarks

The college is one of the most renowned colleges in mumbai. Moreover, the college infrastructure, faculty members, societies, placements and the diversity it offers to the students were a few reasons i chose the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The teachers at the college are very patient, understanding and helpful. They dont provide bookish knowledge and provide industry exposure through various assingments and projects. The coure curriculum is also well updated and relevant.

Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

Top Companies who visit the college campus to recruit students are KPMG, Axis Bank, Reliance Jio, Ernst and Young, ICICI Bank etc. who place students. The college also provides great internship opportunities to its students.

College Events

The college has various college and student societies and cells such as Enactus, Extension Club, Nature Club, Economics Association, Hobby Centre, Debating Society etc. which try to improve the student life in the campus and boost their confidence.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is pretty outdated. I am in cybersecurity specialization and there are only 2 subjects(starting from 2nd year) related to cybersecurity.and those courses are good but the faculty teaching them arent that great. they just read out the ppts, which they dont even share.

Placements start from final year. Students become eligible in 7th sem. Training sessions begin earlier. Aptitude and coding practice provided. Mock interviews are also conducted. Preparation quality depends on effort. Many service based firms visit. Some product companies also come. Roles include developer and analyst. Support and testing roles common. Core jobs limited for some branches. Multiple offers for top performers. Average package is moderate level. Top packages go to few students. Around half students get placed. Others find off campus jobs. Internships improve placement chances. My plan is skill based job.

I don't know much about the placements but I heard that after third year onwards you get placement opportunities . The highest package is 12 lacks and the average package is between 3.5 to 4.5 lacks .
