Course Curriculum Overview
Many seminars and workshops are done in college for skill development of students. Also the faculty suggests some new things for development like some online courses,exams,etc. Course curriculum is overall ok o
Placement Experience
From sem 7 students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Accenture,Wipro, Microsoft, HyperVerge have visited college. In 2020 highest package was 30 lac per annum by Amazon. Last year only 40% students got the placement. I am planning for competitive exams after degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am studying computer Engineering and ouse college is autonomous. Fees of my college is around 1,28,000 per year. Campus is good.Last year only 13 companies came for placements and this year only 3 companies have visited our college till now. Canteen is good. Hostel facility is the worst, no proper management,no proper rooms for girls,no proper canteen that will provide meal. Every week some issue is their like electronic device is not working, drinking water is not there. They don't clean the hostel students have to clean it
Campus Life
Technical festivals like ignitra, tedex, pragati, mosaic are held in college during February to November.The range and accessibility of books and journals available in library is good. there are more than enough books which are needed. I never participated in sports and extracurricular activities but they are good.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is the worst. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hostel. First of all they don't have their own hostel it's hostel in campus of mba college. They charge 8000 per month for a room which doesn't include food. No cleaning staff,no hygiene. No proper canteen.
Admission
After the entrance exam ( MHT -CET), during capround I had entered so many college names but top 2 of my list were SFIT and JSPM Hadpsar.but somehow because of marks I didn't got the JSPM college.My career counsellor suggested me SFIT because its in Mumbai which is good for future scopes.
Faculty
Faculty - to-student ratio is 1 is to 60 in a single class. Some faculties are so good with students but some are so annoying they don't teach properly just come ready the ppt ask questions and leaves.
