Remarks

First of all this institute has one of the best domain of Civil Engineering among many popular ones.The faculty is really remarkable and many students from this college hold the university topper position which is adding special feather of success to this educational institution. Beside this there is a consistency in placement. Many reputed comapnies recruit fresher candidate for the growth of the company from here. Not only in Civil but also in many other streams like CSE, ECE,EE have great learning and performing infrastructure which is really adorable.

Course Curriculum Overview

With this modern era where everything ia fast and moving, the Curriculum also keep trying to balance. But there is still lots of changes required. From this institute you can also able to know about practical work by doing the industrial visits in many companies. This visits are really helpful for the professional world. The facilities are really helpful and always ready to guide you.

Placement Experience

This year the scenario is different from previous years due to COVID 19. JMC, Wipro, MKC project,Montecarlo India, IOCL, vansh construction, Kriti technology, CTS,TCS,AMAZON, AND many more companies visited last year before COVID 19.

Nothing can be more beautiful than campus life.There is many events like Technical which is popular with the name Techetc where all science related events are organized And from many colleges participants are coming. Cultural events is mainly known as UTKRSH i s organized by the students and the Management of the college. There is encouragement for extra curriculum activities.

Placements depends on your skills Usually there is a compulsory internship at the end of 3rd year If you didnt get it via college you should do it from outside but its compulsory And at the end of 4th year you get placement. Placemeng isnt 100% . If you have the skill you will get placed thats the criteria.many people say you are in IIT your life is sorted .but that aint the reality

The students can apply for internship via Career Development Centre in the beginning of their pre final Year. they can go for off campus intern whenever they want. Most of the goo companies would come and mostly for software finance consulting etc. The placements start in the second last semester as far as i know. The competition for placement is getting really high these days

Completely relevant. As the college is autonomous it has its own syllabus. Which matches with the net gate jam exam syllabus. When someone came our college for seminar they strange that we know this much. Exam are quite difficult in 2 months interval.

SURTECH REVIEW

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university is MAKAUT so the curriculum is up to the mark. I liked Programming so I chose B.TECH in CSE. The curriculum is very basic in terms of practical world problem though they are building blocks, but you need to do the extra bit of work to qualify for the real world scenarios. I think more mandatory projects integrated with current set of skills would be a cherry on top. Exams are very frequent like every 3-4 months there is a semester exam and they are moderately difficult.

Remarks:

Placement for IT streams is very good but not good for the core stream. Infrastructure and campus beauty are very good. Faculty are average. Canteens are slightly costly but foods are ok. Hostel and Transport facilities are available.
