Remarks

The college was close to my place compared to other colleges. NIRF ranking of the college was good that year. Reputation of college. Good campus. Campus is in the middle of the city Nagpur. Heard good things about college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus was pretty much up to date. Enough industrial exposure was given to everyone. Canteen facilities were good. Very restrictive rules. Authorities are inconsiderate to opinions of students whether it be hostel related or administration related.

Placement Experience

Good number of companies pay visit for campus placement. Contacts to companies are good. About 60% of students get placed.

College Events

There were all kind of festivals in college. Technical festival Axis, cultural festival Aarohi, Management festival Consortium by E-Cell. All of them were arranged on quite big scale. Good amount of participation was seen.

YCCE College : My Experience

Placement Experience:

The placements are good in the YCCE college as compared to other colleges in Nagpur. From seventh semester the students are eligible for the campus reqruitments. The companies that offer placements in YCCE are Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, wipro, Persistent etc. The highest package is around 24 LPA and the average package is around 5 LPA. Around 70-80% students get placed every year in the college. My plans after getting the degree is to get a secure job and spent time with family.

Placements in my college are decent but not very high. students usually become eligible from the final year and few companies visit for roles like accounting assistant, sales, customer service. The average package is usually around Rs.2LPA-Rs.3LPA.

placements start in 7th - 8th semester . Companies like wipro cisco and TCs etc visit. Average package is 4-5 LPA , and highest I could say 9 to 10 LPA .. my plans would be- if not got high paying job on campus I will try off campus too..

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.

My Experience at VNIT Nagpur

I had Applied to Vit pune and I am getting Ai and DS there but my dream was to get an NIT so I dropped my decision and can to VNIT. I did not get any rejection from there I just rejected that college over NIT.
