Course Curriculum Overview
the curriculum is well designed, and even a dull student wouldn't have any difficulties in coping up with the subject. the classes are regular and rarely gets cancelled. exams are conducted frequently and the analysis of the tests are done properly in classes. the teaching is very good
Internships Opportunities
many internships are offered by 40+ companies such as reliance, deloitte, schbang, tresvista, media net, munich re and many more. the college has a dedicated team for internships and placements. the college also conducts webinars and workshops with nearby colleges.
Placement Experience
from 6th semester students are eligible for placement. multiple MNCs come for placements like deloitte, berger, reliance, ernst and young, etc. highest packasge is around 9 lakhs pa and median package is about 3.5 lakhs pa. maximum students who sit for placement gets placed. i will be pursuing masters degree after my bachleors.
Fees and Financial Aid
the course of biotechnology is pretty affordable bein just 50000 inr for general students and even lesser for reserved students. the tution fees of all 3 years is set at the start of your first year and doesn't change. the college provides scholarship to eligible students, financial aids are also available. no campus employment undertaken.
Campus Life
multiple festivals and events are held at the college. some events include xpulse, conference on intellectual property rights, arthanomics and many more. festivals like talaash is held every year. the library has a wide range of journals and refernce books available. the classrooms are equipped with air conditioners and projectors. not much focus is given on sports. there are student councils in the college.
Admission
students who have passed class 12th with 40% marks are eligible for admission. all admission related details including fees and forms are available on the jai hind college website. reservation benefits in college fees is available but i ddin't claim any. entrance exams is conducted for some specific courses once a year, which are not too difficult. for most courses admission is given on merit basis.
Faculty
the faculty is highly qualified and have done multiple researches. the teachers are easily approachable and quite friendly and clears your doubts in time. the batch size is pretty small, only 40 students, so each and every student gets enough focus by the teachers. the way of teaching is great and barely leaves and doubts or confusions in students minds after the lecture.
