It is one of the top college of south campus of Delhi University. It has good faculty and opportunities for B.A. (Hons.) in Business Economics students. CVS provides an overall holistic development of the student by focusing on curricular as well as extra-curricular activities.
Course Curriculum Overview
Teachers are well experienced and trained in their fields. They try their best so that students can understand the subject and use practical examples and case studies so that topic becomes interesting. Guest lectures are frequently organized by the college. The course curriculum is set in such a way that when a student graduates from the college he/she is industry-ready. But still, there is a need to change the curriculum a little bit.
Placement Experience
The recruitment cell of CVS is good too. Placement procedure is simple and easy. Placements are pretty good. Almost everyone gets an opportunity to avail one. Top recruiters are Genpact and Accenture. The average salary package that one can get is 2.5 LPA and highest package was 4 LPA.
College Events
Campus life is pretty great too. The crowd is good. Considering its location that is South Delhi there are lot of places nearby where you can hangout. The crowd, the network, the exposure that students receive at CVS helps them to develop their personalities by manifolds.
Campus Life
The infrastructure of CVS is satisfactory. There are good classrooms and projector facility. There is no hostel available in our college. Canteen food is not that great. CVS offers good library with large number of books. Medical facilities are also available and for sports, there is a separate committee which takes care of that. Basketball and volleyball courts are pretty good.
