Remarks

The college has a good infrastructure. It has a very positive vibe. On the ground floor, you will always feel that there's a festival everyday. The upper floors are silent which they should be because the lectures are held there. The staff and helpers of the college are very polite and helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very sufficient. It gives you and insight of both practical and theoretical knowledge. There are subjects on how an organisation works. On communication development. On organisational behaviour. So in all it is relevant, research based and fair. We used to have a lot of presentations based on case studies of companies.

Placement Experience

4.5

The big 4 companies come on our College followed by various other private banks and organisations. More than 40 companies come in our College which also include start-ups and also a lot of well known companies. Communication teacher helps students to prepare for interviews and group discussions. The company give a talk about themselves what profile they are offering and about the company before starting with the recruitment.

College Events

5

Each course has their own events and there are some events in which other courses can also participate. Our course has a fest named "Entourage" which is both academic and cultural. The events held by BMM are worth watching which are attended by Hindi Film Industry's celebrities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is very affordable for all course. For unaided it's a bit high will be around 20000 but for aided around 10000 and the form fees which was around Rs 200. The college accepts both online and offline payments. It also provides railway concession.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes it offered scholarship to both reserved and general categories and it was a fair process. We had to fill a form with our academic marks, hobbies, passion sports everything we did in College and then called for an interview. So it was a fair process.

Campus Life

It's a really positive environment. One should be involved with various clubs in order to participate in competitions. I think that there are more girls than boys but there's just a slight difference. The college focuses on extra- curricular and students are given recognition in every field.

Hostel Facilities

Mumbai Colleges mostly do not provide hostel facility. There are a lot of PG's which will cost around 15K monthly. I stayed in a PG which offered kitchen room with bed. Electricity and gas was included in the rent. Food was not provided.

Alumni/Alumna

Our seniors were very helpful. Our admission process was done by our seniors. All the documents were scrutinised by then and last interview was held by our HOD. The seniors were given responsibility which ultimately increased their motivation. Our seniors also helped us in our fests and courses.

Admission

I opted for this course as I was more of a theory person rather than practical. I was interested in Banking. Also what was good about this course is that it had both theory and practical subjects. The admission process was thorough merit. Had to fill the Mumbai University forn first and then the college form. The form submission was online. The selected students were then called for councelling.

Faculty

4

I don't know about all the courses but my course has a pretty good faculty which focuses on every student. Teachers not only focus in theoretical knowledge but also their practical implementations. Teachers are punctual and flexible with students. They understand the student's issues if any.

Placement Experience:

Placements start from final year. Students become eligible in 7th sem. Training sessions begin earlier. Aptitude and coding practice provided. Mock interviews are also conducted. Preparation quality depends on effort. Many service based firms visit. Some product companies also come. Roles include developer and analyst. Support and testing roles common. Core jobs limited for some branches. Multiple offers for top performers. Average package is moderate level. Top packages go to few students. Around half students get placed. Others find off campus jobs. Internships improve placement chances. My plan is skill based job.
