At KITS College of Engineering, the MHT-CET closing cutoff percentile for Mechanical Engineering under the OBC category in recent counselling rounds has been much lower than top branches. Mechanical round-1 closing was around the 60–75 percentile range and final rounds lower, around 50–70 percentile, based on the 2025 data. This means you needed a moderate MHT-CET PCM percentile to secure Mechanical in OBC rather than very high scores.
