Remarks

Excellent management and teachers, supportive and helpful staff

Course Curriculum Overview

They helped us understand concepts more practically. They used to organise visits to research institutions for better learning. Workshops were conducted for the learning processes. The college organised technology based events to enhance competition and better learning. In campus Placement options were provide By the institute.

Placement Experience

4

There was placements provided by college. The basic process is an aptitude test, followed by group discussion, then a series of technical rounds and if selected the offer letter is provided. The tentative percentage requirement for placement ranges between 55-60%. Yes the college provides a small training for preparing the students for interviews and also help students enrol for internships. About 20% students get placed through college placements.

College Events

5

College organises events on district and state levels. Each department have their own event and a mega fest is also organised in college where everyone participates. There are technical, cultural and management festivals organised. The college receives participation from major colleges across the district

Fee Structure And Facilities

Program fee is charged as per university guidelines. They do not charge any additional fees in order to secure admission and fees can be paid in instalments for students who can?t afford to pay together. The college provides complete transparency and fee-breakdown.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college offers scholarships but I didn?t opt for any scholarships through college so don?t have details for the same

Campus Life

The gender ratio is 50:50, yes they organise parties, events And workshops. There is a lot of student diversity in the campus and we never faced any biasism on the basis of gender, race, religion, caste, sexual orientation or economic status. They treat all the students equally irrespective of which background they come from and provide all facilities to each and every student

Alumni/Alumna

Yes the alumni?s are very helpful, they even organise alumni meets with the students. Complete exposure is provided by the college

Admission

I opted for this course because I wanted to do B.Sc. physics and it?s one of the best institute in mumbai for the same, they have the best quality of teachers and staffAdmission process consisted of:1. Filling the form2. Name on merit list3. Fee payment

Faculty

5

We had an average of 5 lectures and 2 practicals on a daily basis. All the teachers were P.hd holders and certified to teach. They were well trained with a lot of industrial knowledge. They used to provide support for getting into research institutions. All entrance related guidance were provided by the staff. Many teachers were involved in some kind of research.

Clara's College of Commerce, Bachelor of Management Studies [BMS]
Reviewed on Sep 10, 2026(Enrolled 2024)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

Placement Experience:

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student, and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chooses this curriculum as I am intrested to do law. Many of students and other peoples praises the college as "Best College of Law" in Marathwada region. To be honest. Really it is best college. Which gives us best curriculum during our academic year. The curriculum of college teaches me how to become a good lawyer. The arguing skills etc. There should be no suggestions from my side just to imrove the course curriculum as it is overall good. The timings and scheduled are fixed by college and university. Generally the exam is in two shifts 10:00 to 1.00 and 2.00 to 5.00pm.

Reviewed on Oct 5, 2021(Enrolled 2017)

Remarks:

Laxminarayan Institute of Technology is a reputed institute, when it comes to the field of Chemical Engineering. The placement at LIT for M.Tech students is also decent. In my batch, 50% of the students were placed on Campus, which is better than many NITs for Chemical Engineers doing M.Tech. The admission fees of 27,000 per year is also less in comparison with other institutes. The Teachers at LIT are also vastly experienced. Also the Institute was in my hometown, which made my decision even more easier.
