Factors:1.Civil department of this college is very renowned2.Faculty members are also very good3.There's a very good chance of getting good placement4.Lots of industry visit are provided by the colleg to enhance better understanding of the subject

Course Curriculum Overview

Course syllabus is not at all upto the mark.It has no connection to the deprtmental subjects.like in 3rs sem you have to study Biology,which has absolutely no basis.The faculty members really help a lot.Even when they give questions for assignments,those questions are also very helpful and informative.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 45000 per year

SIMPLEX,INFOSYS,TCS,RAMKY,L&T came to our college.Lots of seniors got placed in RAMKY.Many seniors are now fculties of IIT Bombay,IIT Roorkee.

1.Technical Fest:Our technical fest name is PARIDHI,which is organised by Megatronix,Official Technical club of MSIT2.Cultural Fest:Our technical fest name is ADVAYA,which is organised by Yuva,Official Cultural club of MSIT.Even we have SARGAM(official singing club of MSIT) & GNOSIS(Official Knowlegde club of MSIT)

Campus Life

No college owned playing ground.No wifi.Modern library which gives students the access of e-books(booth academics & non academics too).Even the students can access foreign journal. Equipent in labs are updated.

Placmenets in iit kgp is quite good and high compared to other iits or other engineering colleges many companies visit our college and mostly reputed compaines like amazon microsoft and honeywell comes and many students got selected through the college placement. 80% of the students are getting placed through off campus and on campus

SXC Kolkata is a gem of a college.

Placement Experience:

Computers are so vast that masters is mandatory and therefore I have certain plans for that. However big scale IT companies come here and students of Computer science Hons have had placements worth 6-10 lakhs easily. My plans are to appear for the job interviews but not taking any as I want to study more.

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.
