Course curriculum in iit kgp is helpful for every engineer beacuse i took ocean engineering and naval Architecture the course is very relevant for my ideology how i taught there were 3d drawings and asumming 3d making ships and taking part in ocean engineering laboratories. There to 2 sems per year and one is mid and end and the timings are 2hrs and 3hrs and the diffultu level are high to moderate

Internships opportunities start for third year btech students and fourth year dual students in the starting of the 5 sem many compines visit to our college with stipend like google Microsoft amazon and samsung many studnets are getting placed through the interviews and exams .

Placmenets in iit kgp is quite good and high compared to other iits or other engineering colleges many companies visit our college and mostly reputed compaines like amazon microsoft and honeywell comes and many students got selected through the college placement. 80% of the students are getting placed through off campus and on campus

I am st category student so i will pay only for hostel and mess fee and around 100000 per year And starting of the college i paid 20000 for registration tuition fee is zero for us . *Per year i will pay 100000 *For general category students they will pay around 3 lakh per year including tuition and hostel fee. *for st and sc category students they will apply for scholarship and that is nsp and mcm and many of my frnds in general category students they also apply for different one and only btech students are avail for nsp not for bsc course

Especially for me my experience is terrrible beacuse iit kgp is very wide 2100 acre first day i visit each and every Departments in the clg i feel very proud and and happy. Shourya sports fest spring fest are main fest in iit kgp The range 100000 and accessibility of books and journals available in library . Yes sports and extra curricular activites are encouraged

Hostel facilities are good i got a room which is single shared and table with chair along with a bed in the room and cupboard for dressings Meal quality is average they cook for both vegetarians and non vegetarians . They will arrange hostels its not in our hand

I chose this college because of well designed academics which helps to balance my studies and other activities . I apllied for iit bombay but i got iit kgp for difference in rank. Admission process is quite easy in iit kgp we have to come college before the academics start.

Faculty and student ratio is quite good at IIT KGP and faculty to student relationship is good because every facultu pay attention towards the student for their doubts are other things for example clubs. I like every faculty who is teaching to me because everyone graduted and done phd from reputed colleges and they are good at ehat they are teaching to us .

My favorite hangout spot is vikramshila me and my frnds spend alot of time there and sahara its a food hotel. Late night activites we will play games are roaming full campus with frnds and senior's gymkhana opens at 2pm and closes at 8pm and ccd and many restaurants are available Hostels timing any time u go and any time we can come to hostel.
