Remarks

Very good infrastructure and alot of events. Although college canteen is veg.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

It's relevant and fair. I wouldn't say it's research based because it was from Mumbai University. Since our college have become autonomous they're trying to change it and make it more reasearch based and industry based. Every year they are trying to change their curriculum and make it more personal to the college and the outside world. Industrial visits are not organized by the college although they have started from this year.

Placement Experience

4

Companies like pearl academy, streaks hair professionals, pharmacy companies, media and graphics companies, management companies do come for campus placement visits. They give out forms to fill and you hav eto give your resume. They may also take on the spot interviews. About around 60-70% are placed every year. And yes the institution carry out skills and personality development programs.

College Events

5

Kshitij is one of the very well known event of my College. It comprises of the whole svkm like Mithibai College, NMIMS, etc. It is very famous and students all over Mumbai come to enjoy this event. It includes bollywood music, dances, sports, dj night, bands, marathons, and so on. Many celebrities also like to join the event. Other events which are college specific and course specific are Vaayu, Aayan, R.I.T.E, luminescence, etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Modes of payments are by DD, Online payment as well. With respect to Science field general BSc. Is inexpensive about 6 thousand and if physiotherapy it's about lakhs or something not sure. And yes the fee receipt has proper breakdown of where the money is going to.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes the college does offer scholarship for lower castes. They circular is delivered to your house and information about the same is mentioned on it. You have to submit documents they have listed which can include school leaving certificates, mother and fathers identity, address proof, form 16, income of family. The criteria is the family income. If it's lower than it is mentioned you can opt for scholarship. About 50,000 -80,000 annually.

Campus Life

5

Gender ratio is pretty much good. Almost equal numbers of girls and boys. in fields like physio, biochemistry, microbiology, biotechnology, girls are more. There are various talent events, drama society, film society, arts clubs, nature clubs, etc. Students around the country and also outside country are seen in the college. Some foreigners also join the college. With respect to religion it is very accepting, also with respect to sexuality, everything is celebrated in the college. Economic status can vary since some students are daughters and sons of celebrities, rich students, middle class, lower classes as well. But all are inclusive, no one is differentiated.

Hostel Facilities

5

No I don't live in a hostel. But there are various guest hostels and student hostels surrounding the college. I know this because there are flyers which are given out or put up of various hostel or rooms for accomodation for students.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes. Many known celebrities and scientists are alumini of the college. Kareena Kapoor, Ekta kapoor, ajay Devgan, etc. One of the alumini I met was Dr. Khushi she has worked and researched about the effects of estrogen on menopausal woman. Now she teaches neurology to medical students and suggests medicines in hospital for neurodegenerative diseased patients.

Admission

I had the percentage upto there cutoff so I got my name in the merit list. And on the admission day you had to give all the documents to the appointmented teacher for each course. Then they accept it and it gets registered. And further notifications are mailed and messaged.

Faculty

5

For my course everyday there are about 4-5 lectures per day with regular practicals leaving Monday. As per the qualifications, they are all PhDs and passed out from reputed colleges and some are also NET qualifiers, their ages are in the range of 30-50 years. They have excellent verbal communication skills and full of knowledge. Lectures are by the curriculum.

Course Curriculum Overview:

like i was sure that i want a course that will give me experince about AIML with subjects like 3D design + Coding + Envoirmental studeis and all. and the course from the sandip actually have all these subjects in a single course thats why i choose this course. curriculam was good it was updated on time. the course helps me to land a internship with goverment cause i learn the basics of AI from this course. the ares of improvements should be the faculty members like they are horrible sometimes they dont even make the notes for the subjects they ask students to make notes and shared with other students. even one of the faculty member shared a playlist form youtube for a specific subject and ask us to take notes from it and prepare for exam not a single leccture he takes at that time. the frequency of the exam is also not that good cause the want us to prepare for the final semster exam which is of 6 months in just 3 months with all the paper works , projects , assignments etc etc.

• As I don't have maths so I have choosen this course for medical way for the future educational content and lab work. • They prepare us very good their skills and they approach in the lab practical is so good. • One one improvement as from mine is that they doesn't have some practical equipment and machinery for the working so I would like to have that to get that practical knowledge and for that they teach us theoretical for that kinds of practical. • Average the frequency and time for exam preperation is good

“The BSc CS curriculum is fairly comprehensive and covers core subjects like programming, DBMS, OS, networking and practical labs. It stays relevant for basic IT careers, though updates are slow. Overall it gives a strong foundation but needs more modern industry-oriented topics.”

Course Curriculum Overview:

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

The course curriculum is very good. The syllabus of the course of relevant and also helps in preparing different entrance exams for masters. Also course offers wide variety of subjects so students can have exposure to different opportunities in the field. There are also field study visits so students can get their real world experience and exposure. The external exams are a little bit hectic as the take it into a streak. There is no gaps between the exams so it is a little hectic. Also some proffessors should provide study materials to students so it will be helpful .

I have rarely seen companies coming to our college for placement purposes for our course but I have seen companies coming for BCOM and BCA. I don't know about my course as I am currently in my second year. The percentage of students getting placements are veryess as my friend from third year said that out of 150 students only 10 students got placed this year which is very less compared to other colleges. My plans after getting the degree is if I got a job in any of the it company I will do it for experience and side by side I am planning to pursue my education in MSC CS

I thought that zoology is most interesting to learn and its have future job opportunity. So basically zoo student are like little dr or zoologist. It provides little bit of that syllabus while learning you feel like you are dr or expert in zoology which example we experience in our day to day life. They need to add more teachers and placement opportunity. After every one and half month there is exam.
