Remarks

University should focus on MBA DEPT like other departments to make it better for the students and avail them all kind of facilities including industry visit.

Yes, it had sufficient industry knowledge and no INDUSTRIAL visit are organised. The industrial visit could have helped us having better industrial exposure but may be due to inadequate facilities we didn’t have it and that’s a loss for the course and students to shine.

Placements are good and 100% but this year it wasn’t that good due to economic slowdown. Or maybe due to inadequate facilities

College Events

All kinds of festivals are there. This includes better exposure for students. Various events competitions take place. It makes students confident and shine better in life. Socially it’s active and helping students to grow better and shine in life and have better career prospects

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is feasible. And it was sufficient for me and other students and less as compared to other institutions. There are additions charges as bus fee for day scholars but bus facility is not provided. Also, industry visit was not conducted for my batch

I didn’t opt for scholarships or loan. I have no idea about it. I have self-paid the fee with help of my parents

Campus Life

It had an equal gender ratio. It conducts various workshops. It has a cultural society doing SSR. Students from all caste race and religion are a part of this institution. It provides students with equality and security in every aspect. It is helping students to grow better.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, they are very supportive helpful and good. They provide the link for various jobs and workshops.

Admission

This is a central university. It has 100% placement record. It is better for my career prospects. Entrance such as MAT CAT CMAT is conducted. Qualified students reach for GD and then the shortlisted once reach to PI and be a part of the course to have better career prospects

All the professors are PHD QUALIFIED and all the lectures had industry knowledge. Professors are knowledgable oriented. They help students and provide perfect guidance and brush up students for better career prospects in life. Its faculty is superb.

Course Curriculum Overview:

To learn about business, entrepreneurship i chose this course but it didn't helped me in any way as of now It has only helped me in enhancing my communication skills more and nothing more than that My suggestions would be the course should include some digital marketing course and some other course as well so that it becomes worthy to study there and become ready for the outside world. The units exams were conducted on after every 1 month of course duration gets complete and the final 3/4 months of duration difficulty levels were not that much hard if you have studied properly and understood the concept you will pass

A look at TU for MBA program

Admission:

Once I applied to TU with my MAT score I was asked to come to the university for the GD and PI round. My GD round went for 15 minutes and we were given the topic about GST. In my PI round questions were asked about all my background activities besides academics, my reasons for choosing this course etc. Various mock interviews online helped me a lot while preparing for this round.

LIFE at TU

Remarks:

The MBA admissions are merit based. The basic eligibility was graduation with 50% marks and a CAT score. TU also conducted an interview and a counselling session once I was shortlisted. TU is a central university under the government, so they offer quality education for very less fees. This was the major reason for joining TU.

MBA in Tezpur University during Pandemic

Placement Experience:

In our 2 year full time MBA proggramme students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd semester. Many reputed companies like Airtel, Coca-Cola, American Express takes part in the placement. The average package offered by the companies is 4-5 lacs Per Annum. Above 90% of the students of our department gets placed at the end of the course.

Best University in the entire North East

Remarks:

Faculty and the infrastructure are pretty great. The environment is optimal for learning. Overall best B-school for learning financial management. There are lots of corporate exposure. Placement is good as compared to other B-School in the region. I will suggest everyone to join this institute.

I get this college after qualifying jee mains exam through josaa counselling. I want NIT Durgapur but I miss out by only 1500 rank . Before NIT Silchar I get NIT patna civil engineering in first round of counselling but due to better placement stat and campus I choose this one . My admission process is very smooth where the help desk counter and senior help new comer. On my admission day I also get my scholarship id i.e, roll no. Great college with decent infrastructure and a large campus

I chose this college mainly due to its large campus and facilites and decent placements. This college has a great alumni network and has the best clubs and societies among top colleges and also organises one of the best fests. I could have got a better college but my rank didn't allow me to secure admission into the top ones. Our college only accepts JEE Mains score as the admission criteria. I chose this college as NIT Silchar is an allrounder package, you want academics? Done! Fest? Done!! Every wing is awesome. From the very first being in my home state, it was the best college I can opt for after IIT Guwahati. I did got offers from other colleges government and semi, but NITS gave me my favourite branch and secured future. This college has a great placement records in PSUs for core branches and great IT sector companies for other branches. After jossa I applied in different nits as per my rank I got electrical Engineering department. NIT Silchar is one of the prestigious nits. As per nirf ranking it comes under 7th ranking.
