The teacher are full of knowledge and give us every knowledge not only in the studies but other than studies like placement, interviews,etc. Yes, the teacher provide us the industry specific knowledge. No, it was going to organize but due to pandemic it was unsuccessful. The exam system is fair and occurs in 6 semesters(2 semester/year)

The companies are TCS,IBM,WIPRO, SUMSUNG, AMAZON. We have sit in the interview for some companies according to the marking criteria. Then they have coding test. About 85% students get the the placement in this course.Nd institutions also prepares us for the placement by conducting some seminar on it.

There are three must events department wise. They are:- I. Fresher's day. II. Department picnic III. Farewell day. The institution also conduct festival according to cateria like ARTS AND ENGINEERING. They are AFSU Sanskriti (Arts Faculty Students Union sanskriti) and FETSU( faculty of engineering and technology students union) Sanskriti. In both the festival, bollywood singers nd orchestra of India or Bangladesh are called. Students make their own stalls of hand painting clothes.

As it is a state government college, it cost so little of the amount. It cost about five thousand per year including all the charges of the college for all the courses. For my course it cost ?5610 only per year. Then we have to fill the exam form of ?52 per semester to register for the exam. There is no additional fee or charges we have to pay to secure our course. We have to pay the fine for library if we are late to return the book after one month that is also ?1/ month.

Yes the college avail the scholarship for students having income less than 1 lakh / year. The have fee scholarship to return the fee we have paid. Then there is kanyashree scholarship for girls of west bengal. The scholarship for toppers of the class.

The ratio of boy and girl is one is to two. And about 10% of the students in university is transgender. Apart from the studies there are many extracurricular activities club for students. There is no gender, caste, economic status descrimination in the college. We have freedom to grab any opportunities we can. There are clubs like cricket, sports, drama, music, painting,nd many more. Not only the students of University but also other students of University can be part of this clubs for enhancing their skills.

Yes I opted but I didn't get the hostel. The structure of allotment is according to income our parents have. This institution give hostel only to those who have very low income ( that is less than 50000 annually) or those who have more than 1000km away from their home as there are few hostel space. The PG's are too costly. We get a room of about kitchen size for two girls.nd the two time meal breakfast and dinner. The cost of one bed is about 7000. Including electrical bill.

They are very helpful. They are present anytime we want their help. They help in doing projects or they help in our studies.

I opted Master in Computer Application because I was interested in computer and mostly in coding section. I choose this institution because it is one of the top 10 engineering college in India as well as government. If I would have done this same course from other institutions it would have cost me alot money. As I come from a medium class family I can't afford any private college. The placement cell of this institution is also good. For getting this institution for MCA course,I have given JECA ( JOINT ENTRANCE EXAM FOR MASTER IN COMPUTER APPLICATION). This is the exam for all the institution pursuing MCA course. After giving exam who ranked between 1 to 110 get the seat in jadavpur if they fulfil the marking cateria of 60% in all the given academic exams for the non resident of west bengal and for resident there is reservation. As I have ranked 94 in general citeria so I got JADAVPUR. ( Mathematics is must in this course).

There are almost 20 teachers average age of 35-40years. And all hold the industry experience or certificates. Some of them have done phd nd then came in teaching profession as well as project works of colleges. Some teachers always advices us about the placement nd seminar being held. They also give us the link for some online courses to better our skills nd our curriculum vitae looks perfect for the company coming for the placement. Regarding the course study they clarify every doubt of ours anytime through mails on holidays and in class or University in working days.
