Likes

Teachers are quite good and helpful. They will help you out.
Canteen is good. You will get veg, non-veg everything.
Clubs are nice. You can join club and learn and participate through them.

Dislikes

Placement is not good at all. You will not get opportunities.
No fest is organized after covid. It's quite frustrating
Campus is so small. Don't imagine a big campus before admission

Course Curriculum Overview

All the faculty are quite good and quite helpful. Also they are available everytime to solve your syllabus problem.I have done BCA that's why I came here for MCA. Also in MCA, most of the students are bengali.

Placement Experience

For MCA it's not good. If you are from b Tech you will get opportunity but in mca opportunities are quite less. Hardly you will get placement of 4 lakhs also it's quite difficult becoz they will not let you sit in the placement drive

Fees and Financial Aid

My fees for 2 semesters is around 1 lakh 40 thousands. Since I'm in my 3rd semester I have yet not got a campus job however I'm appearing for the entrance examinations. Scholarship opportunities are only available for the Bengali students and as I'm not one I was not awarded with a scholarship.

Campus Life

Sadly you will not experience any campus life. Ever since my college turned into an autononous college, it ceased to have any sort of fest be it cultural or technical. A 3 day sports meet is organized every 2 semesters as a formality.

Admission

I have filled the form for JECA. As I am from bihar, I am considered in general category. Also the exam is in kolkata. So i came here and given the test. It was fully mcq and quite easy paper. All the questions is from computer background.
