Remarks

the positive thing is like the college provides agriculture in professor faculty and that is good for the student and the negative thing is like the evidence office college like the workshop and the laboratory is not very good type and there is not much plane opportunity and that's pretty much all

I got admission as a mechanical engineer, there will be 4 years course and each year have 2 semesters, 6 months period. and there will be total 8 semesters and we have to clear all of them to get the final certificate.

Placement Experience

I got a job after successfully completing my graduation but there will be no internship in this college that is why disappoint and in my opinion the job opportunities from this college is very much law because I studied mechanical engineering and I didn't get any on campus mechanical recruitment drive and I will recommend my fellow students that this college is not equipped for getting jobs.

there will several kinds of celebration in the college like every year celebrate feast and every year when the first year student I'm in the new comer come in the college they will start freshers for Chrome and apart from that there is like Teachers day celebration and not more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

AP private college private Engineering College like in India this is also very very expensive and you have to pay like every semester for the semester fees and that will be like 50000 in my time I don't know how much different now

there is no facility offered by the college about scholarship for loan you have to pay your own and if you want to take any kind of loan you have to contact the bank and that's pretty much all so if you want to get in this college you have to think about that because it is some main drawback

actually there is not a very good opportunity for sports and things in our college campus that is like a small round and student just play there like a very small football and that is not much thing about cricket or something so that is a not very much good opportunity for sports

UC news of this colleges very helpful they helped me a lot by knowing me the process of the examination how I need to study and what should be my study plan, in hostels also the senior sir very very helpful and there so much kind to be with a newcomer

i got admission through the state joint entrance examination rank, this college doesn't need a very good rank, this college is open for both state and all india joint entrance examination. Then we need to pay the caution money and get admission.

Supportive Faculty - The professors are highly qualified, approachable and always willing to help students
Free wifi support - There are free wifi support for both student and faculty
Fee Structure - It is very affordable and low compared to other colleges in the region

Dislikes

Placement support is below average, and most studnets have to apply for off campus jobs independently, which is really pathetic in the era of ai where getting a job as a fresher is so difficult
There is no dedicated support or placment cell initiative to help studnets land meaningful summer internships or any kind of internships

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements starting from the 7th semester. For placement drives, we have to visit the main campus, Techno Main Salt Lake (TMSL). Since students from other Techno India campuses and branches also participate, the competition is extremely high. In the 2025–2026 academic year, fewer companies visited. Only two companies, Dronahost and WishCare, visited our specific campus directly. The remaining drives—mostly service-based companies like TCS and EY, along with a few startups—were conducted at the main campus. The remaining drives mostly service based companies like TCS, EY etc and quite a few startups has visited to main campus. The package they offered mostly in between 3.5lpa - 6 lpa. Furthermore the selection process of those startups is quite rigorous often consisting of upto 5 rounds of interview, two technical rounds with two technical interviews, and HR round My plans after getting the degree is either pursue an MBA or preparing for govt jobs

I liked the campus . Their people and faculties are too great , they are also helpfull
The other thing i liked here is the play ground where students play with full of their energy and many game events are organised ocationally
The other thing i liked is the library where everyone use to study silently with poking others

Bad benches , like benches are too small to be fitted in our class I
In our department ac doesn’t work properly

The faculty are well taught and the campus is very beautiful . The buildings are like newly bulid . and the campus is very clean.
In our branch the boys and girls ratio is almost 16:11.
The senior behave like a friend and they help us a lot and they also very supportive.

Dislikes

The college campus is too small compare to other colleges.
The college classes are not regularly held and the attendance system is not very good.
The classes are very boing and sometime it feels like aa school and the labs are not held timely.

Placement Experience:

our college average package is 600000 per Anum and highest package is 1800000 per Anum according to recent data. and 80% of student got placed . And wipro , windows, tcs , siemens , tata like companies come to our college for placement. Core students are also got placed but many of them goes for hihger studies.

My experience about techno

Likes

Ragging free campus. Strict action are taken against those who found guilty.
Classrooms are well equipped and are spacious.
There are many fun events that happen in the college

Dislikes

The campus area is too small. The library is not good
The societies are fully controlled by students so huge partiality goes on.
Some of the teachers are mean and are not good.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards , students become eligible for internships and stepping in 4th yr , students get eligible for campus placement. Techno provides decent campus placements according to your marks. Good marks also with skills get you better salary. Minimum 7.5 cgpa is mandatory to have you sit for campus placements. The lowest package is 3.4 LPA and highest vary but students also get 14LPA easily. Wipro, tcs ,cap ,gemini, amazon , ibm etc.

Likes

The campus is big and full of greenery with the vibrant feel of nature.
The students of the same batch are friendly and helpful.
The teacher's are friendly and helpful. They do provide helpful recommendations for the betterment of your future.

Dislikes

The seniors are overly harsh when it comes to 1st year.
The infrastructure could be worked on. The college lacks renovation.
The hostel does require everyday cleaning and renovation as well as the campus.

Placement Experience:

I don't know much about this but I guess from the sixth semester the students are eligible for campus placements. This year a student from AEIE got a package of 11.2 lacs per annum and the average is around 4 lacs per annum.

Excelent Campus-techno india university has a large campus with excelent facilities such as libraries,labs,seminar halls etc. Some students finds this facilitries useful
Funs and Events-techno india university provides a vibrant campus life with events that span a wide range of interests

Dislikes

Time Management-the one thing that I disliked was their time management.They dont provide a proper shedule for exams,routines etc
Teaching Methods-some students feels that cirtain teaching methods(like a focus on lecture without without interactive learning or industry exposure) must be improved
Placement-techno india university does prepares thier students for placement they only give them the opportunity

Elegibility for placement-Generally students become elligible for campus placement in their 7th semester or 8th semester and there might be some prerequisties such as minimum CGPA must be 6-7 with no bachlogs Internship and pre-placement offers-many companies offer internships during the 6th semester or 7th semester and successful interns may receive pre-placement offers if their performance is good. Companies that visits campus: TCS Accenture Cognizent Infosys Wipro Capgemini Deloite Byjus Tech Mahindra Placement Percentage-On average 80%-90% of students may secure jobs through campus placements.However this numbers could vary across different departments and specialization Highest and average package-The highest salary offered at Techno India University was 24 LPA and the average salary was 4-5 LPA. Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

Because of the college is new so therefore not huge like any NIT or IIT

After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There many service based companies visited like TCS ,Cognizant, wipro, Infosys. Almost 60-70% student placed in on campus. Highest package offered by TCS 9-10lpa and Cognizant 6-7lpa wipro 6-7lpa infosys 10lpa etc. 60-70% student getting placement I will go for placement

Well I had a drop year and I got this college at first round of counselling so took admission here. Apart from this I had appeared for exams of other colleges as well like Manipal, VIT, SRM but didn't choose them as those are far from home and were much more expensive than my current college. I had also appeared for BITS but couldn't clear their cutoff. In my current college they take direct admission based on wbjee rank, from counselling as well as management quota. I had applied to TMSL , Heritage and NSEC. I got Cse in NSEC and TINT. I choose this college due to its location. I applied to a lot of colleges in India including BITS Pilani, symbiosis, ViT, KiT,and many other.. many colleges approved me as i cleared almost 90% of these college exams. But due to some family issues i couldn't leave Kolkata and had to choose this college as it is under makaut( Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad University) . It is a board. Techno international Newtown selects students based on WB jee or JEE marks. All India exams. The admission process is easy.. there are different cut off for different streams. Like Computer science engineering cut off is about 80.. like wise IT is 65, ECE 50 . And others below that.
