College with good values!

Positive side I can tell aboyt the place where college located is really awesome and the infrastructure is also really good but at the same time I feel the fees they take is little high. Other than this manipal is always a better option.

Course curriculum was not that fine because the upcoming trend in robotics were not included in the course. but now they added it. Coming about exam structure it was well and fine for every semester they will conduct two internal assessment.

For our batch placement offers where very less because this department was started just 3/4 years back and is a multi disciplinary branch. I got internship through college and about half of the students got like that and is paid internship too.

Tatva technical fest was there and other than that we had onam celebrations in college. arts festival was there. We where not completely into this celebrations as we are doing post graduation and the major involvement will be from bachelor students.

For bachelor it is around 4 lakh per year and for masters it is around 1.8 lakh per year and varies based in the branches. I dont think this fees will be feasible for a student from middle class family.

For the fees and all the college itself is helping for loan from syndicate bank. Syndicate bank being the bank of manipal group they provide good interest rates for the students of manipal. Other than that south indian bank is there, federal bank is there.

Laboratories of manipal is extra ordinary they have almost all setups in there lab and the faculties are good enough to teach all these. They have a digital library through which we will be able to access all international journals.

Currently I am not into this alumni things so I am not that aware of the same. But from some sources I heard and seen that they arr conducting alumni functions as well as organising some events based on the same in college.

I got admission through CET examination in VIT, I took branch or say course by choice. It was just normal entrance exam and based on your score you will be get admitted. Enterance consits of physics chemistry and maths.

Faculty of college was okay but they need some more experience in this field so that they can deal with certain conditions and answer the questions of students clearly. now they hired some phd aspirants as well as phd holders which made the faculty strength more.
