Entrance Preview

I gave the B.Ed entrance exam and qualified it. Teaching is one profession that has always inspired me so I opted to do B.Ed.

Internships Opportunities

Internship was enriching. Did it with one the government schools. No stipend was given though. Teaching there help us to see the various loopholes and think on how they can be managed.

College Events

All the festivals were celebrated. Holi, Diwali , Christmas, Pongal , Children's Day and many more. Students and teachers both take part in celebration and there is a great enthusiasm among everyone to make the celebration a big success .

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible. As far as I remember it was 10,000 for 3 months. However it can be further relieved by providing various scholarships. The fees doesn't really put a burden.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are available to help the student cover up their fees. As mush as 8000 are provided to the students. The teachers are also cooperative in this respect. The college authorities are supportive .

Campus Life

Campus is amazing! It's an all girls college. There's no discrimination of any kind. The college itself offers a course on Gender equality. There are versions workshops held now and then to encourage the students .

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are helpful. They are always ready to help you with the notes and Extra curricular. They are welcoming and make you feel comfortable in college. The best part is that there's no ragging and juniors share a good relationship with the seniors.

Poor infrastructure, average faculty and not-so-happening campus life

Placement Experience:

Students in B.ed course become eligible to take jobs in the last semester i.e 4th semester. The college does not provide any placement in our course instead students themself have to mail and contact different schools to secure a teching job. Average package a student can expect depends on many factors like their subjects, qualifications and skills. On an average one can expect around 6lpa in private sector. For securing jobs in government schools Students have to clear exams like DSSSB etc where average package ranges from 10 -12 lpa. Many of my seniors are doing jobs in private schools as techers while some teach online and have their you tube channels. I am planning to do masters in English literature from DU to increase my knowledge and job opportunities.

Placement happens every year in my college, 98%, sometimes 80%, but the salary is not that good and we have to work more, due to which we are not able to meet our expenses properly, still some children are left out of helplessness
