Entrance Preview

I got selected through DU cut off process in merit list with 88.9% score in best four examination and there was no interview process at that time.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course includes Economics, accountancy, law, business studies, Statistics, Maths as subsidiary subject. Contents were good enogh to give you working knowledge of the subject.

Internships Opportunities

I didn't go through any internship program as it was not applicable for B.com courses. However i did my CA internship from CA firm with Rs 1000 as stipend.

College Events

Annual Day, Sports day, Cultural meet, Swimming meet, daily assembly at 12 PM for christmas celebration and prayers. Induction program was very good for new students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure was feasible enough to support. Not very expensive but compared to other colleges in north campus it was costlier than the colleges in north campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarship or loan facility of which i m aware of. Also not availed any such facility during college.

Campus Life

Hostel Facilities

No idea as i didn't stay in hostel. Also, same for mess food. I was a local delhi student so no hostel and mess for me.

Alumni/Alumna

Interaction with senior students was not very healthy. It was ok-ok types. there was no alumni network with which we can connect. hence no touch with college mates.

Exam Structure

Exam structure was quite hectic. we used to have weekly tutes for every subject and also project submission.

Faculty

Faculty was good. My Economics, accountancy, law, business studies, Statistics professor all having excellent knowledge of the subject and also teaches us well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Bcom that they offered was good enough to prepare one for the real world applications as various examples and field activities were also conducted by the college at that time . Teacher student ratio should be taken care of along with lethargic teaching methods like lecture method . Exams were held every 6 months and the difficulty level was easy.

JMC is a beauty!!

Girls college was definitely the priority and only two colleges for which I wanted to go. First was LSR and then JMC. The cut-off for LSR was 763 and for KMC it was 745.
