Hindu college is surely one of the best colleges in India having Nirf all India ranking 2. It provides great exposure to students in all aspects.
Course Curriculum Overview
Courses are more or less theoretical but science subjects also have practicals conducted on weekly basis per subject. Co-curricular activities are also conducted on a regular basis. Fests and workshops are something that is conducted every week.
Placement Experience
Hindu college has a placement cell named Abhyas, the placement cell of Hindu college. The internship drives are conducted thrice a year and many big famed companies come to hire interns under many profiles. In addition, they conduct an appendage during their annual fest where they are open to all du students.
College Events
Session starts with an orientation day program followed by a college fresher's party along with the orientation of all departments, societies and fresher's of all departments. Then comes the Diwali Mela during Diwali time, then the literature festival named mushaira followed by an annual conclave named Vaktavaya and then the grand of all Mecca which is best in du. A college grad night and the after-party are also conducted.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is affordable in Hindu college. For Humanities and commerce annual tuition fee is approx. 15,000 rupees whereas for the science department it is almost 22,000 per year. The exam fee is also added to this which is around 2000 rupees. Also, the department funds vary from 500-1000 rupees.

No, I haven't received any education loan or scholarship. By the way, there is plenty of scholarship fellowship available for students.
Campus Life
The gender ratio is almost 50-50. More or less no. of girls it is almost equal to boys. Students from all over India come to Hindu college for better exposure. Also, foreign students also enroll in Humanities. Extracurricular activities such as cultural fests also are an essential part of college.
Alumni/Alumna
There are many alumni associations of Hindu. Many of them are still in touch with college through social media.
Admission
The admission process in Hindu college isn't specific, instead, it's unified with the admission process of DU. The entire process is online where you can select unlimited no. Of courses and apply in all colleges. Visit college is required only after cut off lists are released.
Faculty
There is no as such permission required to assess the faculty. The environment is friendly and more or less casual. Not as much formality is required. Faculty is very much helpful and student-friendly. The teacher's lab staff, as well as non-teaching staff, is hardworking.
