Additionally, IIT Delhi is situated in the heart of Delhi (specifically South Delhi) and is conveniently close to the Delhi airport. There are plenty of restaurants, malls, theatres, and bars to enjoy during your weekends.

On the flip side, the nearest city to IIT Kharagpur is Kolkata, which is about 140 km away. The closest decent restaurant to IIT Kharagpur is a Domino’s outlet, and it doesn’t even deliver pizzas inside the campus.

• EE is an evergreen branch and is available in most engineering colleges. MNC is a “hybrid” branch created to meet the growing demand for CS! It’s not present in many colleges, which limits its acceptability.
