While both colleges have excellent faculty and campus life, IIT Kharagpur seems to offer a better return on investment and aid for students in need, making it the smarter choice for those who value monetary support alongside placement opportunities. Instrumentation Engineering is regarded as a solid branch, and the curriculum is indeed very engaging. Many students find it aligns better with their needs than even Electrical Engineering.
