While I’m not fully aware of the situation for 5-year CSE students at IIT Delhi, it really comes down to whether you're willing to invest that extra year for a Master's degree, which, frankly, isn’t as impressive as some might think. But IIT Delhi is IIT Delhi, and IIT Kanpur is IIT Kanpur.
