I would lean towards B.Tech Computer Science Engineering in IIT Kharagpur over B.Tech Civil Engineering in IIT Delhi. Campus life at IIT Kharagpur seems vibrant with significant extracurricular activities and events, giving a well-rounded experience. If you're more inclined towards technology and innovative fields, IIT Kharagpur is the way to go; however, if you're passionate about civil engineering and its applications, IIT Delhi is still a fantastic option.
