Which one should I opt for LPU BBA or Galgotias University Greater Noida BBA

If you're aiming for higher job/package prospects, LPU BBA is the better choice, especially if you want a comprehensive support system for both internships and placements.

On the other hand, Galgotias has a good reputation for its faculty and curriculum that caters well to students from business backgrounds, but it seems to lack the same level of campus activities and exposure as LPU. Personally, I would recommend LPU for its overall experience and opportunities, especially if you're looking for a dynamic environment and strong placement support. However, if you're more focused on personalized faculty interaction and a solid academic grounding, Galgotias could also be a good fit.

Placements: The results of recent placement drives are quite encouraging. Two students from the engineering branch received offers of 12 lakh each from Honda, while 6 to 7 students were placed at salaries ranging from 6 to 7 lakh each. For mechanical engineers, that's a solid starting point.

In the Computer Science branch, 12 students were selected by Amazon, with 1 or 2 securing packages of 12 lakh per annum. Companies like Cognizant and Tech Mahindra conducted mass recruitment for a large number of engineering graduates under their GET programs.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure at LPU is impressive. Spanning over 900 acres, it feels like a city in itself. All classrooms are air-conditioned, and the teacher-student ratio is favorable. The entire campus is WiFi-enabled, and the residential facilities are excellent. Students can choose between air-cooled or air-conditioned rooms, which are affordable, with options for three-seater accommodations.

I think when it comes to LPU BBA and Galgotias University BBA, LPU stands out as a smarter financial choice. The annual fee at LPU is around Rs. 160,000, but they offer scholarships based on LPUNEST scores and government schemes, which can really help reduce costs. In terms of ROI, LPU has a strong placement record with companies like Google and Amazon recruiting students, plus they focus on developing communication skills and providing compulsory internships, which enhances job readiness.

While Galgotias also has good faculty and practical exposure, it seems like LPU gives you more value for your money with better placement opportunities and a robust support system for scholarships. If you're looking for solid career prospects and financial aid, LPU would be the way to go.

I don't have much knowledge about LPU, but I recently completed my BTech degree from Galgotias, so I can share some insights about it.

If you're interested in engineering, especially in CSE, Galgotias is a good choice! It offers plenty of job opportunities. The teachers are highly qualified, and by the end of your BTech, anyone with solid knowledge can secure placements in reputable companies. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, TCS, Mindtree, Mahindra, Vivo, Ericsson, and many more are actively involved in campus placements throughout the year.

However, be aware that there are some rules at Galgotias that you might not like. Here are the rules:

• You must maintain 75% attendance for both sessional and end-term examinations. If you fail to meet this requirement, it can be quite challenging.
• If your attendance is short for the end-term examination, whether it's lab or subjective, you will have to fill out a form costing 2500 per subject.
• Then, you’ll need to return in June to attend debarred classes, where you’ll take your debarred examination.
