AN HONEST REVIEW OF A STUDENT OF GALGOTIAS UNIVERSITY

Likes

the infrastructure of collage is amazing .
the taste of cafetaria food is very delicious.
the faculty was very well qualifies and helpful.

Dislikes

the cafetaria food is very yasty but quite expensive.
the campus is over crowded with students .
there were too many students in 1 section .

Admission:

I review most of the collages but i prefer this collage because its placemnt rate and average and highest pakage is more than other collage , and the other reason is the it was it have a good nirf ranking and the campus was also also extremely large . the admission process of my collage is that it accepts direct admission you just have to fill the admission form which cost 1200 currently and the if you meet the elegibility criteria of you particular course you can easily shortlist in the merit list . my experience was good with the collage admission cell . elegible

Likes

overall the campus infrastructure , the way of teaching of the faculty , powerful machine labs etc.
high technology labs and size of the class .
the taste of the food of collage cafetaria .

Dislikes

there were more than 75+ students in one classroom .
the number of students is very much inside alllover the campus .
the cost of the food of university cafetaria is quite expensive .

Admission:

I review most of the colleges but I prefer this college because its placement rate is high and average and highest pakage is more than other colleges and the other reason is that it have a good an Nirf ranking and the campus was also extremely large. the admission process of my college is that it accepts direct admission you just have to fill that admission form which cost 1200 inr currently and if you meet the eligibility criteria of your particular course you can easily get shortlisted in merit list. my experience was good with college admissions cell.

Likes

The campus has good infrastructure with clean classrooms and labs.
Many faculty members are knowledgeable and helpful.
Campus life is active with regular events and clubs making it easy to meet people and build friend circle.

Dislikes

Administrative processes are slow, and resolving issues and great approvels often takes more time than expected.
Some teachers rely too much on slides, and the teaching quality varies a lot between different subjects.
Average placements are lower than advertised, so students need to put extra effort into skill-building on their own.

I choose this college because the campus, fees and placement support felt better than the other options i got. I had offers from a fem private college but found this one more balanced. I missed higher tier colleges due to cutoffs. Admission was simple meet eligibility, submit marks, and get shortlisted

In galgotias university there are sitting area like group discussion
I like to get security for ragging by guards and university rules.

Dislikes

Personally i don't like the timing of classes
There are so many croud in the university
Cafeteria foods are costly to purchase .

Admission:

Chose Galgotias over Amity/LPU for better ROI & location. Missed NITs due to low JEE rank/high cutoffs. Admission is smooth via JEE/CUET . Simple process: Apply Online -> Merit List -> Document Verification. Great "Plan B" for engineering aspirants. Yes I got rejection from many colleges at the end when I get restless I choose galgotias university.after studying in this university i realise that it is my best decision.

Likes

The infrastructure of the university are so good.
Teachers are supportive in nature and polite behaviour.
University provide the protection to the students at high quality.

Dislikes

University is so far away from the residential area.
There are the lack of transportation facility..
There are over gathering of the students at the time of examination.

Admission:

Due to the infrastructure of the university,i recommend this college over the other collages. The management system inside the university is too high . The security provided to the students as well as teachers too.

Likes

I liked the infrastructure of the galgotias university and the faculty members of the university who are really supportive and motivational
The research labs of the university are well designed with all equipments available
The overall placement services and the meteor ship is really helpful in career development

Dislikes

The hostel facility of the university and the food provided to students in the hostel premises
Language problem with the faculty who are from southern part
The inconsistency of the teachers in the university. Some teachers changes very often

Infrastructure is good but dassatified with management

Infrastructure is good and has a good library with a course book
They alot per student a personal mentor andper department a dean
They alot active learning in which student engagement in study increase

Dislikes

Some teacher are rude and less help full
Linguistic barrier with teacher from south indian because they neither know english nor hindi well
It is overcrowded as compared to other college

Admission:

I apply for maharaja agrasen and shivaji college of du but there some issue so i did not so i take admission this because as compared to any college the fee more affordable and the admisdion as following first you register then you get the offer letter and then you come to college and apply for admission and pay admission then you want to pay full fee in given by the college let say 1 month and then pay next fee in april

GU provides health environment, hi tech building (ai block, a block, b block, c block), polite nature of professors, vending machines in every block, canteen area, hostels etc.
Film stars comes to promote their movie and interact with students.
Helps students to socialize, improve himself, communication skills, enhance engagement and 1:2 boy to girl ratio.

Dislikes

Delay in mid term examination and end term examination
Management do their work peacefully regardless the urgency.
Strict management and suspension of students for intolerance behaviour.

Admission:

Before joining Galgotias University (B.Sc. Cinema), I applied to a few other colleges that offered film, media, or mass communication programs. These included: 1. AAFT Marhwa studios 2. Gkfti (gulshan kumar film and television institute) 3. ravi sarin film institute Colleges From Which I Got Confirmed Admission I received confirmed admission from: AAFT and gkfti Both offered good programs, but the fees were higher and the infrastructure felt comparatively limited. Why I Chose Galgotias Over the Others Better campus & facilities Galgotias had a superior campus environment with better studios, labs, equipment, and a creative atmosphere. More affordable fees ?5.6 lakh for B.Sc. Cinema, the fees were more reasonable compared to the other colleges I applied to. The curriculum covers everything from filmmaking, editing, and cinematography to theory & aesthetics. Placement support & internship opportunities Galgotias has a relatively more structured support system for internships in media and production houses. Since the university is located close to Delhi NCR, it offers better access to film, media, theatre & production opportunities. Admission process is simple just fill registration form and submit no entry exams conducted for my course.

I like the many things which are in the University campus like playing football cricket tennis and bolly ball and I like main activities like active learning and extra curriculum activities like singing dancing
And they also provide the many clubs like tech club dancing club
And they also conduct activities in the class like previous assessment quiz post assessment quiz and learning material

Dislikes

I don't like the university timing and time table because they do the very gap between the time table.
Attendance-due to lack of attendance they debarred the students
Time table gap between the classes very gap give.

I choose this college because due to lack of the city using marks I was not eligible for the any government university and college of my jio TV marks very good then I will choose any government university and college due to lack of marks I choose this university yes I tried to do the scores and many universities but they didn't provide the admission the admission process is the very simple and my college from the help of the university website.
