UPTAC counselling 2024 special round physical reporting last date has been extended to September 15, 2024. Earlier, if you've been allotted a seat, you must accept it online, pay the seat acceptance fee, and report to your allotted college by September 13, 2024. Failure to report will result in cancellation of your seat allocation without a refund. The UPTAC counselling results for the special round of B.Tech seat allotment were released on September 11, 2024. To check your seat allotment, visit the official UPTAC website at uptac.admissions.nic.in and login using your JEE Main application number and password.

UPTAC Counselling 2024 - Eligibility Criteria
To complete UPTAC counselling 2024 registration, candidates need to meet some eligibility criteria set by the authorities.
- Candidates should have passed the qualifying exam from any institution in UP or the parents should have the domicile of Uttar Pradesh.
- If the candidates have not passed the qualifying exam from an institution in UP, then they will be required to produce their parent's domicile certificate.
- There is no upper age limit.
- Candidates should have a valid JEE Main 2024 score.
Note that, the admission to the following courses is based on CUET UG scores:
- B.Tech. (BT)/B.Tech. (AG)
- 2nd Year of B.Tech./B.Pharma

After going through the details related to the courses and their eligibility criteria required for the UPTAC Counselling 2024, next step is required to be aware of the UPTAC Counselling 2024 Admission Process and its steps:
- Candidates must register themselves through the official website- uptac.admissions.nic.in by using their login credentials i.e application number and password. They need to conclude the process with submission of registration fees.

- In the next stage, candidates need to upload all the required documents as per the prescribed size format. Once it is done, an SMS/Email will be sent to the registered number and id of the candidate. These documents will be verified by the Central Document Verification Team (this will be done at every round for applied candidates).
- After verification, candidates can participate in Choice Filling Round and they can fill their choices based on their eligibility and marks.
- Next, the admission authority will allocate seats on the basis of the filled choices of institution, courses, merit list and the availability of seats through the UPTAC 2024 Seat Allotment Process. Candidates can check their seat allotment result online on their dashboard using their login credentials.
- After getting an allotment to the institution and their respective course, candidates need to participate in ‘Online Willingness’ where they will have three options to confirm their seat allotment- Freeze, Float and Withdrawal.
- Freeze: Participants will have the option to freeze their designated seats if they are unsatisfied with the decision.
- Float: Candidates can hold on to the allocated seat and ask for an upgrade to the next level in this case.
- Withdrawal: If the candidates are not satisfied with the allocated seat then they can leave the allocated seat and can choose not to participate in the further UPCAT Counselling 2024 process.

Once you have uploaded all the necessary documents, the Central Document Verification Team will verify your documents. Once the verification process has been completed you will be able to fill in your choices. You can select AKTU as your first choice.
