Galgotias University positives less than negatives

Fees and Financial Aid:

I paid 1,49,000 for my course of btech in defence technology in communication system and sensors and . Tution fees is 1,47,000 and 2000 is exam fees. I think it's affordable but the placement providability of the college is bad . Unless you are preparing for a competitive exam like GATE , there is no scope for an average student in respect of placement.I did get a lot of exposure in the 5 months I have been here but the environment of the university is cheap. Majority of the crowd lacks civic sense.

Galgotias University has great surroundings!

Galgotias University School of Law may not be that renowned but for academics it's as good as any NLU. I am pursuing BBA LLB and has one of the smallest batch size even after such a low fees of 1.1 lakhs. Since I am not from Noida and have also taken hostel facilities of the university and charges of that are close to 1.2 lakhs a year.

my per year fee is is 170000 . caution fee is 2000, registration form fee is 1200. all students of my department pay the same amount of fee. scholarships are also provided to the eligible students . scholarships like state schoalrships etc are provided. all the deffence personals also gets the benifit of fee wavier of 20% from per year tution fee . scholarships are also provided to the students on the basis of class 12th marks and entrance scores.

My Galgotias university

I paid 174000 rupees fees per year. Tuition fees is 154000 and caution money is 2000 and this is non refundable, Registration fees is 1200, admission fees is 25000, development fees, lab fees andthe other fees all are included in total fees means in fees that I paid in the starting of year. Fees of my batchmate is also same as I am. Galgotias University offers merit-based Scholarships to ensure that deserving students get the support they need to obtain an education, and Merit Scholarships to recognize the academic achievements of current students

Galgotias University exclusively does not have any fee waivers for the minority community but has various scholarship programs that are offered to merit candidates or those from financially weaker sections of society. Students from the minority community can also avail these scholarships.

All board and university toppers receive a 100% tuition fee waiver.
Students who get up to 4000th in the IIT-JEE can receive a grant that waives 50% of their tuition fees.
Scholarship recipients who place up to 100th on the AIEEE will receive a 50% waiver of their tuition fees.
Scholarship recipients who place up to 100th in the UPSEE will receive a 50% waiver of their tuition fees.
For students who achieve 93% aggregate/PCM and above in class 12 or 80% marks in graduation, there is a 25% tuition cost waiver available as a scholarship.
For students who place up to 5000 in the AIEEE, score at least 70% in the CAT, or receive more than 700 marks in the MAT, there is a 20% tuition cost remission available as a scholarship.
For students who have won gold or silver medals in sports at the national or state level, there is a 50% tuition cost waiver.
