If you're considering a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from LPU, I think it's worth it. The course combines hardware and software training, which is essential for today’s job market. The faculty is mostly M.Tech qualified, and they are approachable. I've seen that students get internships in big companies like Amazon and TCS, which is impressive. The placement records are strong; around 90% of students are placed, and companies continue to visit even post-pandemic. The annual fee is about 1,30,000, which isn't too high for the quality of education you receive. Just be prepared for a challenging but rewarding experience!

I’m currently in my third year of B.Tech ECE at LPU, and I’d say it’s a mixed bag. The curriculum is decent, but I rated it 3 out of 5 because there are differences between lateral entry and regular students. The placement opportunities are pretty good—companies like TCS and Cognizant come regularly, and I’ve heard that most students get placed by the end of their fifth semester.

My experience with internships has been positive too; the external training really helps in landing good positions. The fees are manageable, especially considering the infrastructure. But honestly, campus life could be better, and the food in the hostel is not great.
