I’m currently pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science at LPU, and I can say it’s been quite an enriching journey. The college has a strong academic framework, and the curriculum is very well-structured. Although we do have a lot of exams—five per subject—it helps me stay on top of my studies. The fees are about ?8 lakhs for the entire course, but there are plenty of scholarships available. I got a decent one based on my JEE score.

Campus life is another highlight; there are tons of activities, from sports to music classes. We even have a huge library with so many resources. Plus, the faculty-to-student ratio is quite favorable, with around one teacher for every seven students.

If you can maintain a CGPA above 7 by the end of your 6th semester, you'll be eligible for 90% of the companies that visit LPU for placements. The minimum required CGPA for placement is 6.67, and last year, 96% of students who met the basic CGPA requirement secured placements in various MNCs that recruited from LPU (for the 2017 passout students). Ultimately, landing a good job depends on your efforts, but I assure you that the university will support you in every possible way to help you get placed.
