Dr A.P.J.Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow, has issued an important notice regarding the application form for the odd semester. The odd semester's examination form for undergraduate and postgraduate studies may be filled out from Thursday, December 2 to December 16, 2021, according to the official release.

The authorities were given instructions to conduct the term-end examinations in a systematic manner during the review meeting. According to sources, over 1,10,000 students will take the exams, which will be held at 122 exam centres across the state.

Regular and carryover students are required to complete the examination form before the deadline, or they will be disqualified from the exam. The varsity has also told colleges and institutes that until they publish the attendance status of students enrolled in UG and PG programs, they would not be permitted to register.

The institutes have also been told to make sure that all enrolled students complete the AKTU odd semester examination form before the deadline.

The university shared the notification through Twitter and wrote, “Regarding filling the examination form of the odd semester of the session 2021-22.”

Candidates enrolled in AKTU undergraduate and postgraduate programs can fill out the odd semester examination form at erp.aktu.ac.in. Students will require their login credentials to access ERP in order to fill out the AKTU odd semester exam forms 2021.

AKTU examinations for all semesters, except first and third semesters and lateral entry, will begin in the last week of December, as per the university announcement. AKTU 2021 examinations will be held in the final week of February 2022 for lateral entrants. 

Candidates must properly fill out the information on the AKTU examination form. In addition, candidates would have to pay an application fee. All required information on the AKTU odd semester exams will be given in due time. 

Asheesh Misra, Media in charge of AKTU Lucknow, claimed in a statement that the exam centre coordinators have been advised to give extra attention to ensure that the students are not disrupted throughout the examination. The superintendents of the exam centres and the directors of the institutions have declared that the exam preparations have been finished, and the students have been ensured that they will not suffer any inconvenience at the exam centre.

Professor Anurag Tripathi, the Controller of Exams, has indicated that the COVID guidelines would be followed at the exams centre, and that affiliated colleges have been requested to guarantee that students get thermal checks, sanitization, and masks on the day of the exams. Exam centre coordinators have also said that substantial preparations have been done at the centre to ensure compliance with COVID regulations.
