AKTU Lucknow has demonstrated strong placement outcomes across its affiliated colleges. However, the AKTU Lucknow placement 2025 has not been released yet. According to our research and unofficial sources, the highest salary package offered to a student at IET Lucknow was 49 LPA in the 2024 placement drive. Even the average salary package offered was around INR 4 – INR 6 LPA. Approximately 80% of students got placed in the placement drive by some of the top recruiters like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, TCS, Wipro, IBM, Oracle, Samsung, Barclays, and Morgan Stanley at AKTU Lucknow.

AKTU Placement 2025 FAQs

Ques. How is the selection process for placements carried out in AKTU?

Ans. Normally, the AKTU placement selection process has several stages as follows. As the first stage, a candidate has to take an aptitude test to measure their reasoning, quantitative, and even coding skills! If a candidate passes that stage, they can proceed to the technical interview, where they will be assessed on some of their core knowledge and problem-solving skills. A few companies have group discussions where a candidate may be assessed on their communication, teamwork, and their leadership skills. Lastly, there will be an HR interview to assess the candidate's personality and attitude and "fit" in their existing culture. The company can conduct all or some of the rounds of the selection process before the candidate is placed.

Ques. Does AKTU help with off-campus placements as well?

Ans. AKTU assists students with off-campus placements in addition to the university placements. The university sends students job opportunities, internship announcements, and company collaborations from AKTU and on their official portals from the Central Training & Placement Cell. AKTU locates many companies, placement organizations, and industry associations and sends the news of off-campus recruitment events and campus pool drives across locations. AKTU also prepares the students for outside placements through training workshops, resume workshops, and mock interviews, allowing students the best chances of obtaining jobs outside the university placement environment.

Ques. How can students improve their chances of getting placed?

Ans. Students can improve their chances for placement by following some steps that blend academic performance with skills development in a purposeful way. Academically, students need not just performance in areas that relate to their discipline, but competence in technical skills that employers demand and expect of their employees (for example, programming, data analysis, core engineering principles as applicable). This will put them in a position to be job-ready. Having completed a workshop, internship, and/or online certification course also adds to their profile. Preparation for placement will include an aptitude test, coding challenge, and mock interviews. Furthermore, students' ability to communicate and work with others, and their composure, will give them a better chance of receiving a suitable offer for placement.

Ques. Do companies prefer students from specific AKTU colleges?

Ans. In most cases, companies aim to give similar chances to students who are from all AKTU-affiliated colleges, especially in University Centralised Placement Drives. Exceptions may be top recruiting companies that prefer institutions with better academic performance, solid infrastructure, good or benchmarked placement figures, etc. Established colleges with credible alumni networks and good Training & Placement Cells with positive histories are likely to have a lot more companies engage and recruit.

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

In 2nd year or 4th semester the students becomes eligible for campus placements as according to my seniors. They have taken us to visit many companies like HCL,Wipro,Coca Cola ,etc. The highest package is around 36 lakhs and the average is 4.5 lakhs. The Cgpa of students who got placed are nearly around 7 or 7.5 My plan is to get stable life after getting my degree.

Life as a B.tech student at G.L BAJAJ

Placement Experience:

overall i would say gl bajaj institute of technology and management greater noida has one of the best placements in private colleges of aktu university even though you would get to experience overall college experience in jss noida but in terms of placements gl bajaj competes with those colleges students are eligible for on campus placements from seventh semester right are they enter into last year companies start to visit for campus drive. there are several good companies that visit aour campur like EY,AIRTEL PAYMENT BANK,THOUGHTSWORK etc and yes this did happen once that a big company came and it rejected every student and didnot make any offers i think probably it was amazon i am not sure this year in 2025 highest placemnt offerd was arrounf 42 lpa to a senior and average package is arround 6 pla arounf 75-80% students get placed my plan is to get placed in good company and be part of coorperate world
