AKTU, Lucknow - community

Hey guys, I really need some honest advice here. So I’ve got a total of 11 backlogs till my 3rd year and now my college is under AKTU. My main question is — Can I still move to 4th year or will I be forced to repeat 3rd year because of the number of backs? If anyone has gone through something similar or knows how AKTU handles this kind of situation, please let me know. Also, is there any official rule or notice regarding the max number of backlogs allowed to be promoted? Thanks in advance.
