CCTV Cameras are installed in college campus and hostel too. There is no scope of ragging.
Hostel Life is good. There is also Wifi Availability.

In one room, there are four student stay so there is no scope of privacy. Three fans are there in the room with Wifi Availabilty also. You can easily get rooms for Hostel. Pragatipuram and Bharatpuram are affordable places for rented room and PG you can get room around 1500-2000 /-

KNIT Sultanpur is an average college!!

Hostel is fantastic as we have 8 boys hostels within the campus. There's one girls hostel but since girls ratio is so less, the hostel is also one. We are glad that they are inside as finding a suitable transport too is tough in Sultanpur.

Fees structure is affordable, College environment is very good, it is clean, hostel facilities are also very good. Overall i have very great experience while studying in Institute of engineering and technology, Lucknow.

Facilities provided in room- Bed Table Chair Almirah Free electricity Meal provied in hostel is very hygienic. They provide breakfast, lunch, evening snack and dinner. Hostel fees is 14000 INR for 1 year Mess fees is 17000 INR for 6 months

I enjoyed the first year hostel life and it was quite good for all the new admission students.

Dislikes

Mess food was very bad after 2 months and it was frustating as you need to spend money for eating outside in every 1-2 days.

Hostel wifi works fine but not always, food was below average after 2 months and room allocated was a two seater for all the boys in the first year and it was good if I talk about infrastructure. But don't go hostel after first year. Hostel guards are going to be a headache.

Hostel is currently at a price of 112000. But you can expect an increase in the fees this year that could be approx 5k. Overall the experience of mine was great you will feel the pressure of exams just a day before exams which is you know engineering things

Cafeteria was good , neat and clean , tasty food.

I lived in hostel for 3 years . Hostel atmosphere is good, security around the campus is good. Food provided in mess is average, variety of food in provided but taste isn't that good . Rooms have bed , a table , a chair and a almirah individually. LED AND ceiling fan are provided. Registration process is simple you have to apply for hostel , if seat is available you will be asked to submit some fees amount before allotment and you'll be asked to fill a form. Wardens, cleaning staff , guards are available. Lady guards are also there in girls hostel.hostel doesn't provide and cooler or ac service. You have to bring your own cooler , no ac . They will pay the bill. Hostel prices are increasing every year. girls hostel have less no of seats available, so you have apply for it sooner.

The hostel facility includes the 4 times meals like morning breakfast and afternoon lunch and evening snacks plus night dinner and the water cooler are there on each hostel buildings which are in working for 24 hours. And there are some pg and rented apartments near the college so there is no problem in the accomodation or hostel stays.
