Insights of MIPS kanpur

The college is affiliated to AKTU. The curriculum and syllabus is according to AKTU. The syllabus is completed on time before exams . Unit test are held after each unit is completed in subjects. And mid exam held regular time period. Also there are additional activities like tech bloom , Literacy fests.

There are many companies like wipro ,tata consultancy, tcs ,vivnovation, infosys and amazon etc come in the campus and students gets placed. Also there are many internships offered from 3rd year starting and you can apply for it if you met its criteria.

Placement is good the highest placement was in 2022 that is 49 LPA and this year also 20 LPA of 3 students and 15 lpa of 4 students and many of 5 to 10 lpa . If a student does not get package or job it is his or her fault. Amy be he or she has not prepared or have any skill to get placed if you have potential you can get placed. Every student in college get placed at minimum 3 lpa. The placement rate is 90 %.

The fees I pay is 132500 per year , after that 7500 per year for exam fees by aktu. Registration fees is 2000 and hostel fees is 80000. If you take admission by counselling of jee mains or cuet your fee will be upto 70000 to 80000 per year. Also scholarship is provided upto 50000.

My overall experience is good in college and hostel. There are many fest like literacy fest , tech boom , Dusshera fest , New year fest held in the campus. The books are available in Library are free to use till a validity of 30 days . After it you have to return books in Library and reallot it and take it again freely . There are no charges on the books. You can take 3 books at a time only. There are projectors in the classes where teachers can present there PPTs. Sports like cricket, basketball and badminton is available for hostellers. MPL is held every year where college students can participate. There is also a club named Abhyudaya club which organises activities in college.

The facilities provided in the room are the almirah, bed , table chair , roof fan and tubelight is given. In a room 2 students can live. With there personal bed , personal table chair and personal almirah. Mess food is 4 times - Breakfast,Lunch , Evening snacks, and Dinner.

I have choosen this college due to several reasons. First is fees, the fees is affordable and you can easily take admission. Second is placement ratio is good. And no of companies are good. And if you have skill you can also take placement off campus.

The relationship between faculty and students is good and there is a monthly mentorship between mentor teacher and students where we can discuss our problems and experiences. There are 5 Unit Tests and 2 mid exams and 1 PUT exam in each semester.

There are gyms outside and nearby college with low prices. There are also 3 canteen cafeteria in the campus. Hostel students can move in campus till 9 pm and outside campus till 8 pm . You can order any food items upto 11 pm . Also there are shopping malls like z square at short distance of college.
