Knit is good in all prospectives.

The course curriculum is average . Because our college is autonomous but followed the AKTU syllabus and AKTU syllabus is slightly older in term of industrial based learning .but it included mini projects and internship assessment also so that students learned from real based engineers and employees. The frequency of timing of exams are good but the even semesters have less duration in compare with odd semesters. The faculties should give some relaxation atleast in final year so that students focus on placement and other jobs.

Students after sixth semester are elligible for takes part in campus placement . The average package is about 6-7 lpa and about 50% student got placed and other are preparing for gate and other government jobs. Mainly, TCS, Wipro, Reliance, jaro education and many more tech company vised in knit. In last academic year the highest package is 15 lpa and lowest in 4 lpa. I am preparing for gate examination and after that mtech from iit then research field

Our college yearly tuition Fees is 44000 and including other charges are 70000. Mess fees is 20000 per semester . So total fees including hostel and mess is 110000 per year . Fees for FW is 70000 over all and for ST/SC students fees is about 50000. Approx all students are get UP scholarship according to their category . For OBC- 64000, general- 60000, ST/SC- 20000.

Basically the campus is not soo big but the exposure of campus life is possible. Here are many councils runs by students including sports, cultural , literature. Some national level fests are also organized by college like anubhuti a national level cultural fest in the month of april. And tvaran a national level sport fest . And recently our college has organize Effulgence a national level tech fest in which many colleges are take parts in differents competitions including robo war, tough war , robo scoorer and etc. The GDC hacker cup also organized by google .

Besause this college is comes under state government so it is better than many other private colleges and the less fees is also a factor for choosing this college. This college take admission based on jee mains . Since ,I am also a jee aspirant so i also wants to take admission in iits and nits but unfortunately this couldn't happen. The process is simple to take admossion in KNIT firstly apply for UPTAC counseling and the opted knit and after selection come for physical reporting and then admission.

The faculty and student ratio is 1:40 but all the faculties and professors are really supportive and kind . They help students in both academic as well as personal issues. Our college is autonomous so the curriculum is also changed according to student convenient that totally based on startups and innovations related Exam is conducted thrice in a semester two class tests of 10 marks and one end semester of 70 marks. All the questions are basically easy and moderate level. But marking sinerio is slightly tough profssors reads every line you read .

No , to take admission in KNIT we dont need to appear in any interview admission is confirmed on the basis of jee mains score card . The process is as simple as firstly appeared in jee mains and then fill the uptac counselling and opt knit. After selected lock the knit and then come for physical reporting.

Nigh life is ok for boys but girls are not allowed after 8 p.m for security purpose. But cafeterias and library are open till 12 . Hostel life is always enjoyable for both gorls and boys. The mesh and rooms are so clean and the quality of food is decent. Single room is alloted to three students so the crowd is also controlled . The hangout places are less but many plases near the college are good for hangout.
