Course structure is from easy to moderate and even sometimes hard lots of assignment classes and land . For every class their is different teachers who is master in their field which is good for labs, theory classes even for a single subject their present 2 teachers one for lecture and another one for tutorial mostly i liked my maths teacher which is vandana mam which is very humble and sweet her teaching style is so good . academic balance is also quite good if you starting learn just 2 week before the midsem and one month before endsem you'll achieve a decent cgpa but yes some fails also in my class out of 75 there were 5 students who failed the exam

Fees and Financial Aid

So the average fees for every category is 2.39 lakh for first year then for second year it is increased by 10000 which is 2.49 lakh for third year its 2.69 lakh for fourth year it's 2.89 lakh but several scholorship is available for genral ews ,obc ,sc and st students from dtu apart tution fee for a semester is 1.55 lakh moreover scholorship which is given my state is merit cum need this year i also got scholorship from dtu which is 100% tution fee refund mean i got something 1.5 lakh approx

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure here is quite affordable. I have to pay 100000 rupees for every semester. Other than that message fees for every semester is 18000 rupees. There is some extra fee like medical expenses and others around 10000 rupees. I don't have any scholarship benefits so I don't know much about how it works. Many of my friends have availed scholarship so they have to pay less compared to me.

Campus Life

My overall experience till date is very nice . College hosts many events like srijan( cultural) ,concetto( technical), parakram (sports) fests. Also we participate in inter IIT. Clubs are like family here. There are large no of books and journals for students in Library. Sports facilities are quite good. These all have very positive impact on students life.

Campus life is quite wonderful. Very green and beautiful campus DTU has. Very chill place to hangout and also many places to explore with your friends and partner. There are many student run societies and councils that help in the overall personality development of a student. Also ABVP is there to address the issues of students to the DTU administration and Vice Chancellor.

Faculty

In Environmental engineering there are 6 professors and 2 guest faculty and batch size is 80 students only. HOD AK HARITASH is quite strict and professional. Loveleen mam is very sweet and helpful. She is our timetable incharge and clears all the doubts regarding academics, placements, and all.

Campus Life

Campus life in dtu is very chill to be say the senior junior interaction is very good they called us facccha like'fresher + baccha' . I love the vibe out there. There is. Something new everyday in the campus . Renowned personality from the india comes to college every week like a have seen people like avadh ojha, neha Aggarwal, parul gulati, comedian etc and many more .There are two main fest happens here one is the diwali fest that is yuvaan and another is the engifest which is the technical fest happens in January .last time Famous singer Shreya ghoswal came here and I am very excited what next.Library here is very big having a variety of book for the academic purposes to autobiography you will find everything there. There are various sports offered in this campus like there are tennis courts indoor badminton court l,lawn tennis , basketball court and many more I can be able to say all of that .Like I said earlier there are variety of club available in the college and also the Student to discuss there problem anonymously and getting solution by other people and that is what I like the most .There are cluns like ncc,voa working for the social development of the society and the fir voiceless.

Course Curriculum Overview

The courses here is maybe not so relevant for today's world especially in India for lower branch.Since the curriculum is almost similar to that of 10 years back .As far as in my branch the new courses are introduced to us to to make things relevantbut that is not sufficient. A student who is inlower branch need to make an extra effort by not only do just academics but also develop other skills i.e tech , non tech , social skills etc and for that our college society are best. One can easily manage these things if they know how to handle these.Teaching methods is a area of concern as some Faculty take just online lectures and just want to complete their course while some are very good as I said earlier.Talking about exam timing In mid sem what can happen you can have two exam in a day or one in the evening shift of one day and one in the morning shift of another day that is feel is an area of improvement But as far as the timing are concerned they give a lot to live like in two hours to need to do only 5 questions which is very good and the difficulty of the exam is not so difficult if you just study one week before midsem and two weeks before endsem you can get easily 8.5-9 sgpa easily

All faculties are good. But, the point is students can't understand some teacher's teaching method, and I'm in B.Tech. Environmental engineering so, I like most the Civil department, most favorite teacher is Mr. Vivek Rawat sir he gives me the opportunity to be The CR of Civil engineering as well with Environmental engineering, and not only faculties but all students loved me, loved my leadership skills. Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is average and does not meet industrial requirements. This is not only a problem at our college but at almost every college. Our curriculum comprises both practical and theoretical components. It is advisable to study subjects in depth if one wants to pursue a career in the core field. What we study are the basic concepts of environmental subjects, which indeed help a lot in government and academic exams. Our academic exams include mid-semester exams, end-semester exams (like a final exam for a semester), assignments, quizzes, and viva. In conclusion, I can say that the curriculum needs to be updated to meet current industrial requirements specifically. Student should study by their own instead rely on college academics.

Campus Life

Every year, our college hosts a variety of exciting events, with Engifest being the highlight. This annual and cultural fest attracts students from all over India who participate in various competitions. In addition to Engifest, we celebrate Diwali Fest and numerous smaller fests throughout the year. Our college boasts a vibrant community with many societies where students from different branches come together to learn and explore new things. The infrastructure is top-notch with greenery. We have a central library that is full of books and provides a peaceful place for study. Additionally, there is a sports complex with facilities for indoor games, a gym and auditoriums.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course I am pursuing is because of my passion in Environmental Science. This course is taught very well by the proffesors, the course structure is really good and the teachers take it seriously and want their students to get jobs in good companies. However,Semestet could be of more time duration. The exams are held quite frequently, which is quite hectic, although not a bad thing.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is quite low, however most of the teachers are good and try to spread good knowledge among students. They are highly qualified considering its an IIT. Most of them are easily approachable to, you can disscuss anything with them. Some of the teachers are not that much, however they try to help you in any way possible

Course Curriculum Overview

I feel, our course curriculum is very good and relevant for todays World. Like in first year we have common course of mathematics and computer programming also in second year we have common course in AI, Data science, Economics. Also you can take minors and electives. But some courses are not relevant and practical.

Placement Experience

Generally from 3rd year, you are eligible for internship. But some opportunities are also opens for 2nd year students. Highest package goes around 4-4.5 crore per annum. Almost 91-93% students are placed... And rest goes for higher studies, startups, upsc etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course mainly because of two reasons. First being my low performance in mains and secondly this branch being a little easy compared to other. Although the branch is not very well known in India but it has a huge scope in outside India. But in future there is hope that there placement value increases much more. The student ratio and faculty ratio is very good. Although I don't know it correctly but there is never absence of faculty. Most of the faculties are very well educated either being PhDs or mtech in there specific fields. The teaching method are also very good. Most of them provide notes and PPT of there lectures alongside with questions and assignments that are related to ther classes. Term exams usually get mentioned in the academic calendar and there are usually no delays in the calendar. Though exams are not very hard but you still need to study to pass them.

Campus Life

The college life is very chill with many events happening throughout the year. Fest like engifest and freshers are one of the key moments every year. There is not much stress of attendence and class so you can enjoy yourself. You can easily get books in library and library itself is a great place to study. Most classroom is good and with renovation going on it's making them more good. The sports complex provide a wide range of sports for you and you can also compete in sports in both inside and outside competitions. The number of societies are good and you can easily get one that is too your liking.
