Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choose this course mainly because of two reasons. First being my low performance in mains and secondly this branch being a little easy compared to other. Although the branch is not very well known in India but it has a huge scope in outside India. But in future there is hope that there placement value increases much more. The student ratio and faculty ratio is very good. Although I don't know it correctly but there is never absence of faculty. Most of the faculties are very well educated either being PhDs or mtech in there specific fields. The teaching method are also very good. Most of them provide notes and PPT of there lectures alongside with questions and assignments that are related to ther classes. Term exams usually get mentioned in the academic calendar and there are usually no delays in the calendar. Though exams are not very hard but you still need to study to pass them.

Placement Experience

4.5

Campus placement is good and usually you get one on campus placement. There are a huge number of companies that visit campus whose number easily goes 50+ highest package easily reach 1crore+ and average package for all branch goes from lowest 10 - 25 lakhs per year. Percentage of students getting placement easily reach 80%+ . For my plans i decided to get a placement job.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure are simple either you pay the whole yearly fees upfront or you can change it by writing a letter to admin block. There is no stress on fees so it very convenient for everyone. Alongside this many scholarship were provided and major students get somewhat reduction on there fee. Campus jobs or campus placement is very very good and you can check it through the graph of college itself. There is huge opportunities however if you will not prepare for it you will not get any.

Campus Life

5

The college life is very chill with many events happening throughout the year. Fest like engifest and freshers are one of the key moments every year. There is not much stress of attendence and class so you can enjoy yourself. You can easily get books in library and library itself is a great place to study. Most classroom is good and with renovation going on it's making them more good. The sports complex provide a wide range of sports for you and you can also compete in sports in both inside and outside competitions. The number of societies are good and you can easily get one that is too your liking.

Admission

Eligibility was simply getting a good score in jee mains according to your specific category that you belongs. You can apply to college through Delhi jac which provides you among BTech colleges in Delhi like nsut, iiitd, dseu ,igdtuw. Application fees is under 2k and you only have to pay fee when you get college. Benefits for reservation is provided and depending on your categories you can get very good branches of BTech at very low score. Though admision process is very smooth and you don't have to do much in it due to most of the things happening in online form. But it would be good if Delhi jac improve their site more and make it user friendly.

Other Applied Colleges

Netaji Subhas University of Technology - [NSUT] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Electronics & Communication Engineering)

Because of less percentile in mains and more academical flexibility of DTU.

I choosed this course not on the basis of curriculum but on the basis of outcomes. Curriculum is old and not real world based, professors also have limited knowledge. Course Curriculum should be made more advanced and professors should be trained well.
