NIFT Patna Hostel Fees 2026, Facilities, Rooms, Food, Photos

The college have hostel in eight and the fees for the hostel is around 89,000 to 1.07 lakh. The hostel fees is a bit much but the rooms are very big and are fully air-conditioned. This food provided is also very good and Large variety of food is given. The water given is mineral water and hygiene and sanitation is fully Maintained.

The hostel faculty takes very much commission for mediclaim facilities but I don't see any medical facilities provided to us in cases of emergency we don't even have the necessary medicines in the medical room we have to go outside and bye the medicines us from our own money totally disappointing how much money they charge in mediclaim facilities they also same to claim they have a teacher for counseling for out our mental health, but they seem nowhere to be found. In the hostel room there is no ac, we feel vlcery hot in the summers and suffocating and fighting for the bed near the window because there are two bedsx in each room .

We have our annual fest called SPECTURM which generally happens in the month of february. In campus we have a full-fledged and nice library with access to some digital books and magazines as well. In classrooms, we have digital projectors and a computer system including a speaker system. The infrastructure is comfortable. The campus holds almost every major sports activity. We get to showcase our sports abilities in the annual fest Spectrum and an inter-nift competition which is called CONVERGE (which happens in December every year) We have 4 clubs on campus that are run by students namely SAP club, CULTURAL club, LITERARY club, and SOCIAL club.

NIFT celebrates many cultural and other events every year. The participation in these events are on a huge scale. They celebrate many major events like Republic day, Independence day, Convocation day, Graduation Ceremony, Fashion show any many more. NIFT organize a project nae CRAFT CLUSTER PROJECT every year. Under this projects there are many events organized like fashion show, exhibitions, designing showcase etc. The participation is huge and these events are also visited by foreigners.

A committee will be formed every year for conducting events in the campus. Sports, festival events, annual day celebrations and graduation day parties are conducted very well. NIFT has special department for students discipline.

Many extra curricular activities are held in our campus. Blood donation camps, inter college sports competition, speeches and showcasing of innovative approach towards design etc. Anti ragging cells are formed.

Our college along with studies also concentrates on extracurricular activities by conducting student development programmes like cultural club, literary club, sports, adventure & photography (SAP) club and ethics social service & environment (ESSE) club. Our college also organizes fashion spectrum which is the annual fest and CONVERGE which is annual centralized cultural and sports event every year. They also conducts seminars and workshops in the college.

The hostel rates are also quite expensive as it charging Rs. 89,000 - 1,07,000 per year for both male and female. The difference between the rates is reffering to the bedding the students are opting for.

This college provides many extracurricular activities like fashion shows, exhibitions, design showcasing etc. The participation is for all the students and it dose not promote any kind of partiality to any kind of student.

Our campus life is enormous of entertainment, fun and is also very knowledgeable. Gender ratio of our university is about 50/50 hostel and university parties are always fun. This all is just because our director sir is so nice and so much caring to us.
