I am the student of Computer science branch so only able to tell about Computer science faculty members. The professors of CSE branch are well educated and qualified from very well recognized and reputed colleges like IITs and some foreign universities. They don't force students to attend lectures on daily basis. Also there are two mid sem examination.

The faculty members of computer science and engineering department are quite chill about the academics and they don't pressurize the students much about attending classes. However in core branch, the faculty members are strict at times. There are two class test namely CT1 and CT2.

The faculty of ECE department is very strict about attending the lectures. The faculty of CSE department is quite chill and all the faculties of the college are well qualified and have a lot of teaching experience. The end semester exam range from medium to hard. Rest everyone study one night before the exam, so will not mention much about it. Also there are two mid semester examination as well.

Some faculty members of IET Lucknow are very chill towards academics and some are strict as well (also depends upon department as well). However, all the faculties are well qualified (mostly of them have Ph.D. from very recognized universities) and have a teaching experience of more than 20 years. Also there are two mid term exams namely CT-1 and CT-2 and students can score well by focusing on the lectures and preparing notes well. Many of the professors are working on some advance and trending research topics.

There are approximately 25-30 teachers in a single department (per 250 students includin all 4 years) The faculty here are quite cooperable and also supportive, you can always ask questions and clear your doubts and can even share any problems regarding studies or the college itself. If I have to name the teachers which I personally like or admire then, I would name mainly the teachers of my department (CSE), Girish Sir (HOD), Manik Sir, Deepanshu Sir, Diksha Ma'am, Aditi Ma'am and many more. There are 2 Class-Tests (20 marks each), of which the average score is considered. There is one main Exam, EndSem of 70 marks. 10 marks is of Internal (Attendance + Assignment) Total - 100 The exams are not that tough and if you even attend all the classes and make notes you can score very well easily. The number of students failing is negligible.

Approx 4 faculty are there in IET Lucknow for each subjects. And for 70 students there present a faculty member.most of the faculty members are experienced and there way of teaching the concepts are good and easy to grasp.you can interact with any of the faculty members in the class or anytime when they are free.faculty members are really helpful in IET Lucknow.
The faculty members are cooperative and helpful. Special classes are provided to weak students. Regular counsellings and doubt sessions are held by them for the benefit of students. They are well experienced in their own fields.
I have never felt any discrepancies with the faculties here as they are very approachable and well-qualified. Most of them are doctorates in their respective fields with over 35 years of teaching experience.
Faculties here are very approachable and well-qualified. Some of the teachers here are of over 35 years of experience. Especially when it comes to the first year of B.tech during which you learn all the basics of each department, all the faculties that handled them did complete justice to the subject.
