Eligibility Criteria

The H.S.C. marks without extra optional and +2 Science mark in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology (whichever is higher) will be taken in to account.
In case of candidates who have passed any of the examinations compartmentally/ improvement, the average marks of the 1st and 2nd examinations will be taken for computation of the weighted score.
In case of candidates who have passed any of the examinations compartmentally/ improvement, the average marks of the 1st and 2nd examinations will be taken for computation of the weighted score.
Candidates with outstanding records in extra-curricular activities, will be given extra weightage over the score computed from career marks and marks secured in the Entrance Examination.

Admission Guidelines

The Entrance Examination will be of objective (multiple choice) test for 200 marks of two hours duration and the medium of Examination will be English.
Weighted score of candidates will be calculated on the basis of his/her academic career and Entrance Examination as given below:

a) H.S.C. / equivalent - 25%

b) +2 Sc. /equivalent - 25%

c) Entrance Examination - 50%

d) Total – 100%

I liked the course and the job opportunities it provides.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Yearly fees for this course is ?30000.Tution fee is ?18000.Caution fee, registration fee, admission fee,lab fee etc summed to ?10000.For cost sharing seats additional fee of about ?100000 have to pay. There are also scholarships opportunities are for students according to their eligibility criteria.

General seat and VCI - 77,085 Cost sharing - 1,80,000 NRI- 3,39,00 Every year the fee decreases to some extent There is merit scholarship of Rs.6000 which is given to top 10 of the batch. Other scholarship are also there .

For general seat,the course fees is 1,70,055.On exhaustion of general seat during counseling,student can opt for cost sharing seat which is total of ?6,84,305.Reserved category have different fee structure(less).This fee increase by minimal amount yearly. Provision of college scholarships,OUAT scholarship(University scholarship).Also state scholarship is available.

Medhabruti by the Govt of odisha of ?10000 per year, OUAT merit scholarship of ? 500 per month ICAR scholarship of ?3000 per month to outstation students. Loan facility is available in the SBI and nationalised banks
