The course has two parts that is one part is Veterinary Science and the other part is Animal Husbandry. Veterinary science deals with the treatment of the animals whereas animal husbandry deals with the production aspects. It is a 5.5 years course with exams conducted at the end of each year along with 3 internal exams within 3 months gap. This is according to MSVE-2016.

Yes there is a compulsory 1 year rotating intership like MBBS. The stipend provided is ?12500 per month. Placement opportunities are numerous with various dairy companies, pharmaceuticals and the entry level govt jobs

Feasible. Fees are to be paid once a year. There are 3 types of seat one is free seat whose fees is around 30000 per year. The second one is cost sharing whose fees cost around 110000 per year. The other seat is NRI seat which costs nearly 300000.

College of veterinary science and animal husbandry , Bhubaneswar comes under OUAT for which there is a common OUAT entrance test. Moreover there also reservation of 15% seats reserved for all India students in VCI quota whose merit list is prepared using NEET score

Faculty of this college are highly experienced. Most of the faculties have PhD degree from various reputed Universities in India such as IVRI, NDRI, TANUVAS, etc and abroad. They are well trained in practical aspects as well as theoretical aspects. Most faculties prefer to teach by power point presentation and books.
