Cultural activities such as drama, T-shirt painting, hand drawing, rangoli making competition, poster making, holi, freshers day, annual fest etc are conducted at our college. Workshops on healthcare & nutrition, animal welfare, veterinary clinical practice, livestock economics are held regularly so that the students are able to understand the complex structure and furthermore design a animal breeding program. Inter college tournaments for chess, badminton, carom etc are held every year so that the students can showcase their talent on national and international front.

Course Curriculum Overview

The duration of the course is three years in which we get to learn about how the diversity of the rare and endangered species is maintained and preserved.The course description involves the subjects like livestock production, principles of population & animal genetics, veterinary gross anatomy, avian production management, applied animal nutrition, commercial hatchery management, techniques and principles of veterinary etc.Thus the students are able to learn crossbreeding/inbreeding effects and make decisions on physical structure of the animal species.

Our college had many workshops, seminars and other activities. We also have a vibrant sport arena where many students can participate in sports professionally or just for fun. The college provides us with all the equipments. We also conducted and participated in many sports and other competitions

Placement Experience

There isn't much to say about the placement cell. I had a six month internship and got work in research. The college provided us with workshops and seminars to help us improve our chances of getting a job. The teachers also were very helpful and supportive.

I cracked neet and on the basis of my rank I got this college by online college counseling. I always wanted to persue mbbs while I got a little lower rank so I couldn't get mbbs then I decide to take it rather then wasting one precious year of my life and I was not more interested earlier in this because I couldn't get what I always tried to achieve. But after joining this college my thinking turn wholly now I am well satisfied because I do what mbbs doctor can't, they treat humans but I treat animals they can not talk and can not tell you what their problem is.

There are great job placement and job opportunity in medical sector. This is the only sector get never bored of its patients. Yes this college provide internship in whole maharashtra and in other parts of India too.there is money provided to you per month by the ICAR for your stipend during internship and there is great experience of internship too you will get interact to different breeds of aimals and will experience great clinical benefits on indian and exotic breeds.

Yes, college provide internship and information and assistance related to it but i dont have much information regarding it since i am still a student and not yet graduated but i have heard that internship is provides in different regions of Maharashtra for period of 2 moths each.

Freshers party to meet and greet new commers enthusiast in college is held generally during month of nov-dec, annual day called spandan is held during Feb -march after the exams and mvm which represents the marathi traditional is also held, dog shows was held every year.

Both girls and boys take part in different extracurricular activities. various workshops take place on weekends on social awareness programs and also course-related which help in increasing exposure in practice. no political activity take place in college and no such organizations is present in college

Fill up the form if u r from Bihar then bcece or AIPVT if from other state.After shortlisting in results go through the counselling procedure, submit your necessary documents related to +2, then go through college procedure on date of admission, submit fee of less than 10000 rupees for full course and a stipend of 2000 rupees per month is given for each academic session and 6000 rupees for books and other stationary per year.

Faculty members are highly qualified MVsc, PhD in different diverse fields of animal care,production and husbandry from renowned institutions like IVRI Bariley, GB pantnagar.
